Chairs arrived in 2 boxes, very well packed to avoid any damage to the chairs. Instructions were very clear and easy for the assembly of the chairs. Love my new chairs! Very comfy.

Faux leather barstool

Love this barstool and use it in a lot of my projects. I feel like it looks high end, and it’s very reasonably priced. I wish I could give it a half star, over all I give this a 4.5!

Great bar stools

Just redid my kitchen and these bar stools are the bomb with my new island! I have issues with my back and these stools are comfortable. Only issue we had putting them together was mislabel on 2 of the stools the legs were mislabeled but we finally figured it out.

Quality was good; needed a different height

One of my chairs arrived damaged- wood was broken on a leg and there was a stain on the seat. I contacted customer service through the website and talked to an agent through their text message center and they never refunded me or sent a replacement. Chairs that were functional were gorgeous but the malfunctioned chair and lack of communication with customer service dissatisfied and spoiled my Home Depot experience.

Purchased 4 stools. Really comfortable and look great, only problem is, the stools were not all prepped for assembly the same. Some holes are higher/lower than others. It is noticeable when fully assembled.

Our new counter stools are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! I was initially disheartened to find one of the stools arrived stained, but upon reaching out to customer service they were prompt to provide multiple solutions and once those didn’t work, they sent me a brand new stool within a couple days! Very pleased with my purchase :)
