Just a little uneven
I love the stools, however, only one of them was level. The company did replace at no charge however they were uneven too. We ended up using some felt and took some of the tabs out of the bottom to make them level. I still love them. Customer service was awesome to work with. They were eager to fix the issue. Would have given them a 5 if they were level.
Excellent customer service
I purchased this and was not thrilled. My expectations were not what I received. Chair is lightweight and although they say it’s real wood it’s rubber wood which I’ve never heard of. Customer service was excellent and made it right. I gifted these to my mom who loves them and actually asked me to order one more for her. They definitely are a nice style. Just know they aren’t heavy.
