if you don't like its base look, paint it.

I see so many complaining about the base, grab a can of flat spray paint, Rustolium makes all kinds of colors. cover the agate, and spray away. i know I have redone stuff.

Doesn't look like picture. The base is yellow gold and all scratched up dispit all the foam pack. Super cheap, this product is a joke.

Cool accent piece

This makes an interesting accent piece. It is heavier than expected but will help stabilize it on my shelf.

very nice accessory item. good quality. agate is natural looking. quality metal and easy to assemble. My only ounce of criticism is that the gold leaf finish is bright. I wish it was more antiqued, but it is still beautiful. nice item. very well priced. looks expensive.

Just looks cheap. Ok if you had it up high on a shelf where no one can see the quality.
