wobbly and no longer able to return

Either we built these wrong or the chairs are built fine but wobbly. Unfortunately I am stuck with 12 wobbly chairs that we will not be able to use.

Chairs are nice..but legs are not labeled..and if legs are not put on right they have to be taken off and put on differently. Happened with 2 chairs and legs got broken now have no chairs.

Nice, but need extensive assembly.

they certainly are attractive and functional but I guess I didn't read the description well enough, they need to be assembled, alot! What you get is a box full of chair parts!! Needed my grandson to put them together, but they ARE very attractive and functional.

accent chairs

took over two hours to put these chairs together. Instructions were inadequate for assembly. The legs were mismatched. The back of the chair is at an incline if you don't get the legs right. Luckily, we had an electric drill to put this together. The only nice thing about these chairs is the walnut color.

Wish I Could Return

I wish I could give these chairs zero stars. They did not come assembled as other reviews stated. The legs were incredibly difficult to get in and did not line up. One actually cracked a bit while attempting to get it attached. The screws to hold the legs in place do not help and the chairs are very wobbly and uneven. I wish I could return these but I spent the time putting them together. I am afraid to have anyone even sit on them as I feel they will break apart. Do not purchase. They look beautiful but they are NOT sturdy nor easy to put together.

Mismatched parts

The first of the two chairs assembled easily and I was pleased. The second assembly turned out to be more difficult and is incomplete because instead of sending me one set of left legs and one set of right legs for it they sent two identical leg panels. I have emailed the company for replacement legs, and am waiting to hear back.

These chairs used to be a great product, but the manufacturing quality appears to have suffered lately. My last purchase had assembly issues that caused one of the two chairs to break immediately.

Should have read the reviews

Despite the description saying no assembly required, assembly is, in fact, required. Not only that, but following the instructions in the order provided on the instructions sheet may leave you with a chair that will not actually fit together. I’d just return them if we were not in the middle of a global pandemic.

I picked up these chairs yesterday and put them together. The only problem I have is that both chairs have a scratch and finish warn off and they just slapped a coat of paint in them. They?re in the same spot in both chairs - right at the top where you?d grab it. Doesn?t look very good.

Not stable/poor quality

Putting these together was easy. Once I put one together and sat in it I realize it wasn’t at all stable It requires one screw to hold in the legs at the bottom of the seat and I don’t feel it is at all enough. The fit isn’t right and the hardware isn’t right for this product. I feel like you have to be a carpenter to put it together correctly. I would have had to rig it to make it work and it would have cost me so much more time and effort that wasn’t worth putting towards these chairs. The only reason why I gave it an extra star is because the actual process of putting it together is super easy (too easy) and it looks nice, until you sit on it.

Do NOT waste your money.

The parts for these chairs must have been put together by someone who was on their last day of the job because no parts fit. The back legs of the chair are on such a deep angle that the holes to put them in are way too far to be able to place the leg into the hole. The instructions are so unclear, there's screws and zero explanation for what the screws are even for. The chairs are completely useless and no, unlike what other reviewers said, they do NOT come assembled. Buyer beware, if you buy these chairs good luck. You'll be on hold for a half hour waiting for someone to give you back your money.

I only give 3 stars because one of the chairs was not good. The legs were glued and nailed backwards. Sending back but getting both replaced. Otherwise I love them. Sturdy and beautiful. Matches the table I got perfectly.

Satisfied with my purchase!

I do like the size, weight and the color was definitely what I expected. The price was not bad for the type of product. I ordered 6 , I will be using them in my kitchen and when my 3 teenage nephews come to visit they can be a little rough, but I think these chairs will hold up to them! I would definitely recommend them to others.

Windsor chairs

These chairs are just as advertised. They are solid wood, a good sturdy chair. They are a walnut finish which looks nice. Some assembly is required. The legs and crossbars need to be attached to the seat and back.

Just what I expected.

They arrived within a week and nothing was damaged. They do require assembly of the legs. You may want someone to help hold during assembly as you assemble upside down. They seem sturdy enough - wood was thicker than the chairs I replaced. Not very tall but using one at a kitchen desk so perfect for that.

Assembly is Required - although the description says no assembly required

The description says "no assembly required" but these chairs arrived in a small box and required total assembly. When I ordered, I thought these were the same chairs I purchased a few years ago (same brand, style, color) that were very sturdy and came completely assembled. I am very disappointed as these are definitely lower quality and have to be put together.
