Great value for the price. Simple design and easy to put together.

Will not work for most bottles

Returned the item. Works for extremely slim wine bottles as shown in the image. Most of bottles (pinot) would not fit next to each other forcing me to leave an empty slot between bottles. Only half of it was useable and hence I returned it

Exceeded my low expectations. Bamboo construction was thick, sturdy, and well machined. It did not come with the metal pins pictured but it didn't need them as the parts fit well. It's best loaded back to front, so all the pictures are also showing it flipped around from how you might display it against a wall. Also, wide bottles (Burgundy, Champagne) don't fit next to each other. You will need to alternate slim bottles (Bordeaux) with burgundy style bottles across a row. But it got the job done inexpensively.

It took a little muscle and occasionally a rubber mallet to push all the pieces together. Once it was fully assembled it was sturdy and all my bottles fit. Champagne bottles will only fit on the top rack.

Well built & economical, but major design flaw

If all you have is bordeaux-style bottles, this shelf is great--the bottle's countour will keep it in place. But if you have any burgundy-style bottles, there's nothing keeping that bottle from shaking loose over time and falling between the cross bars. You might even accidentally snag a bottle while pulling an adjacent one off, then it will go tumbling down the rack. For those of us in earthquake prone areas, I'd recommend against this rack.

Produsul arata bine, trebuie avut totusi grija la montare, deoarece suportii pentru sticlele de vin sunt diferiti, adica adancitura unde se sprijina gatul sticlei este mai mic la un element decat cel de care se sprijina fundul sticlei. In consecinta e usor sa le pui gresit. Sigur ca se pot demonta, deoarece elementele se imbina simplu, insa trebuie folosit un ciocan de cauciuc care sa nu "raneasca" lemnul. Atentie insa la montare, deoarece marginile care ies in afara lateralelor se rup usor, deci la demontare si la montare sa loviti cu ciocanul in interiorul ramei, nu pe margini.

J'ai acheté cette étagère à bouteilles pour entreposer mes bouteilles dans un passage exigu et suis très satisfaite de mon achat. Non seulement le montage du casier est extrêmement simple, mais il se révèle très solide et stable une fois les bouteilles installées.

Does not fit most wine bottles

This rack will only fit skinnier white wine bottles, larger red wine or champagne bottles will NOT fit in their slot as advertised and will reduce the capacity of the rack significantly. Such a bummer. Also, the 3.75 inch advertised opening is to the bottom of the semi-circle removed for the neck of wine bottles, so some larger 750ml bottles won't even fit through the front opening in the rack.
