[Rewarded Review] Very nice

I like this product. I had never seen a knife block like this without big individual slots. Works well. Neater look on top and sleek on the counter. Heavy. Quality material.

Arrived broken

I like this and think it would work great, but it arrived damaged. It’s split down the side, and imagine it would only get worse with use.

Couldn't be easier to use

I love this. I don't have to worry about finding the right slot, I just stick the knives in and it's usually a different spot each time. So much easier. And I love the wood, it goes well with my wood chopping block table.

Looked at a number of similar universal knife blocks before finding this one. It fits perfectly in our Brooklyn kitchen. The square shape means it stands closer to the wall and offers more spatial efficiency which is an important criteria in our limited space. We fit all 5 of our kitchen knifes in it. Our bread knife sticks out a little bit but it doesn't bother. The bamboo comes apart from the inner strands with a lot of ease. We have not put it in the dishwasher yet. For the strands, ideally the manufacturer would use a different material than plastic, which is a fossil fuel derivative that pollutes our atmospheres and stays in our bodies and ecosystems, deteriorating our health and that of our planet.

Really creative way to display knives

I thought that this was a great concept. It appears to have like stir straws inside to keep your knives in place. Not sharp, so safe around kids (until you load with knives) very sleek and chic look.

It came a little cracked and then within 2 days it broke apart.

I was really surprised by this. I like it a lot! Great purchase. I will say that it won’t accommodate very long knives as well as regular sized ones. I have a few that are sticking out a touch. It bothered me at first but now I don’t even notice it.

Exactly as pictured and seems put together quite well. The bamboo is smooth and there aren’t any imperfections to speak of. The butcher knife takes a little more thought to put into the holder, but traditional knifes go in like slicing through soft butter.

Great item for limited space

I like it because it holds the few knives that I need and it doesn't take up much space. The entire center (bristles) come out easily for cleaning. The box said they were dishwasher safe but I soaked them in hot soapy water then rinsed before using. The only problem is I have to slide the holder out from under the upper kitchen cabinet to pull out a knife but I don't cook that often so it's no big deal.

Great purchase

It's great! Can fit about 4-6 knives in here. The bamboo is nice. Pretty nice as far as universal knife blocks can go. Cleaned up our silverware drawer also.

It arrived in pieces, seems like a dangerous item

This thing is a piece of junk. Small amount of glue holding the whole thing together. It arrived broken in pieces as the glue came apart. Seems like a dangerous thing to own. Would not recommend.

Not enough filaments

There are not enough filaments to provide a good grip on the knives inserted.

A gamechanger

Perfect! Replaced the ugly, big, cracked, plastic caddy on our counter. Can’t believe we went as long as we did without this knife holder. Fits all eight of our assorted kitchen knives.

Great product

I purchased this to go along with a set of Japanese knives that I also purchased. This block works perfectly with any size knife. It is heavy, and high-quality.
