This is a beautiful sauna! I'm anxious,can't wait to use it.

It was delivered within 2 weeks of ordering. Packing was secure. The delivery person was polite and handled the extra-large wooden box like a pro from the truck to the garage. Upon unboxing, we noticed how well the box was secured and packed. All of the panels and pieces were fitted not to move and to stay in place. The prefab panels are beautiful. We removed the panels from the garage to the designated place in the basement. The furnace and accessories were packaged separately. i.e. the stones, bucket and ladle. I love the color of the Canadian Hemlock and the scent is refreshing. The quality of the wood makes the sauna look therapeutic and inviting. The quality of this product is supreme and so was the service. I will write another review once we put it together and have the electrician install a 240 line. Presently we are satisfied with the selection, delivery, customer service and the product itself. We are looking forward to the full installation and a completely working sauna. The reason for the 4 stars is that No Instructions Information was Provided.

Wonderful Design!

Fast Shipping and great packing in wooden crate. Easy to assemble, but definitely need two people. I have installed it in my garage. My Blood Pressure is back to normal 120:80 after using it for 2 months 2-3 times a week. It looks great and works well also. Adding some steam and eucalyptus vapor is great experience! Meet and exceeds my expectations for sure.

Was purchased as gift, dissapointed that no option for installation; 1st delivery attempt resulted in the wrong type of vehicle to remove product from vehicle to ground/curb; lack of follow up for recipient to get it re-delivered; finally delivered a month later and now still sitting in crate waiting to be assembled.
