This storage box is great for saucers. It is not quite big enough for bread and butter plates, but it is great for saucers. It holds more than expected . The fabric and lining is a very nice quality with felt dividers. If you are putting these in a packing box, I would add some other packing material to ensure they were adequately cushioned and immobile.

I feel like salad plate is not the best description in size for this. It is more like appetizer plate size or cereal bowl size, which is what I ended up using for it. But other than the size it is okay. I would never pay full price for this item.

Great for storing the Walmart Christmas plates that come out each year. I always buy a few new ones each year, and this works great! I should have gotten these years ago!

This is a nice canvas storage box for storing salad-size plates or bowls. It is not real heavy but is adequate for storing twelve of either bols or plates. It is the right depth for any kitchen shelf.

High-quality product to protect fine china

Of all the china storage & protection options available, this product is by far superior compared to any other. The most valuable features are as follows: sufficiently reinforced walls (sides/top & bottom); sturdy handles for transporting (a 12 piece place setting does get heavy); a window for viewing the contents & adequate felt disks to place in between each dish for added protection.
