High quality natural cedar wood. Clear assembly instructions and all the required hardware was provided. Very comfortable to sit and swing in. I particularly appreciate the curved front edge of the seat.

Excellent product. Just what I was hoping for. Top notch construction and the minimal assembly what easily done. We love it and have gotten good use out of it this summer.

A Huge Disappointment!

This came in extremely rough shape. I spent over 3 hrs sanding out the worst gouges and finally hired a handyman more experienced to finish it. The seat had a piece with bark still on it, the rest seemed to have been cut with an axe. There are a ton of cracks, but there are 3 separate notes in the packaging saying that is normal and won't affect the end product. Well, that turned out to be not true. 2 pieces split entirely so my guy ended up gluing and bondoing to make repairs. When I first received it, I got 2 identical arm pieces rather than mirror images as needed and I called right away. The lady was nice but this CLEARLY happens all the time so be prepared. It was at least 2 weeks before I got the replacement, but at least it came sanded smoother. I think (this is a guess) that they have a bunch of substandard pieces in their warehouse and chose to sell those to Walmart because the 2 people I spoke to had no idea they sold through Walmart. I oiled mine since it turned into such an investment on labor and my own work that I don't want to have to do it again. THIS IS NOT A BARGAIN. I have included pictures of the severely gouged and damaged pieces.

FYI....it's just the swing!

I was so excited to find this swing as it was just what I was looking for. QVC's ad is misleading. It does not include the A-frame that you need for the swing. The ad says it "includes swing and hardware" but no where does it say that it does not include the A-frame. I had to contact the supplier and pay MORE money to get the frame needed, which made this more money than I wanted to spend. Disappointed, as the picture should just show the swing.

Was assembling the parts together and found one of the parts were a duplicate of the opposite side which wouldn’t work. Called the manufacturer, sent a picture and they sent out the correct piece. Fixed problem and working as advertised.

This furniture is the best! I bought a swing and 4 adirondack chairs 12 years ago and have left them out year round in the new england weather ever since. this year we finally had to replace the swing and 1 chair from rot. We get compliments from every guest that comes to our home. Definitely recommend.

love it love it love it wife was very pleased, it took a little assy but not to bad.

We just completed assembly of our swing, and love it: comfortable and sturdy. We chose cedar due to the rot and insect resistance and the wood is very smooth right out of the box, no sanding required. During installation, we noted a problem with the pre-drilled holes. A quick call and email to Customer Service and a new piece was delivered within 48 hours. Assembly is easier with 2 people.

The product was as advertised. Putting together was a little harder.

A bit of a challenge to assemble but got it together. Decided to stain it and polyurethane it so I get to years worth of use!

This is a beautiful swing. It is very well made and it should last for years. I am very pleased with this swing and would recommend it to a friend.

Four stars rather than five because one rail end split during assembly. Very minor issue.We stained the parts prior to assembly and glued the rail ends in the sockets in addition to screwing them together.This swing is nicer than our old one.
