They do not darken anything. They do reduce drafts and you can see shadows through them but that's the best I can say. I did not send them back because I am lazy. This purchase will not affect my my very satisfied opinion of Home Depot and the thousands of previous purchases i have gotten.

Not room darkening at all. Light filtering would be more accurate. I know because I was replacing my older room darkening curtains which were truly room darkening. Also , length measurement was off by over 2 inches. Again I was replacing 63inch length curtains which fit perfectly. Window is in an alcove with a wide sill at bottom so there is no additional room for longer curtains. Totally disappointed.

These are horrible....even my husband said “they really are pretty poor”. Uneven seams from top to bottom...they curl up and do not hang properly at all. Cheap thin fabric. I have always gotten the awesome cotton Martha Stewart tab curtains from you....but sadly you no longer sell them... this is a terrible replacement. Sorry....I never leave reviews, but just had to on these curtains.

I love how light and breezy these are

They are nice if you are looking for a thin curtain that will let in natural light. I am going to pick up a more decorative rod because it does show the rod really well. I am also picking up a second set to cover the windows completely but, that is my fault for not measuring. They look great in my dining room.

These curtains are great for the price. They have a slight texture to them. They are not bright white... more like an off white.... not quite beige. You probably can't tell until you have them beside an actual white wall or another bright white curtain like I do. They are not opaque, but they are not shears. I definitely would not have them as my only curtains in my bedroom at night while changing. You would need mini blinds in front. Great deal Home Depot.

I love the look of these semi-sheer curtains they are exactly the look I was wanting! Home Depot had by far the best price for them as well! The only downfall is that they are a little shorter in width than I would have liked. I ended up needing 2 packs (4 panels) for our larger front room window.

I wouldn’t buy again

My boys wanted navy blue curtains. For some reason, I was having trouble finding them the right length and a reasonable price. These were priced a little too reasonably, so I should have known better. They are fairly sheer for navy blue. Also, even though I measured their windows and I’ve measured the panels so that they should more than cover the windows, they don’t. I’ve included pictures. You be the judge. I would have returned them, but my very tall, teenage boys were a little freaked out by the big mountain out their window at night (wink, wink) at our new construction, surrounded by no one but mountain lions and bobcats and coyotes, so I hung the curtains for them.

Nice Curtains but....

Love the teal color of the curtains. They are not black out, but a step up from a sheer panel. I have two smaller narrow windows in my living room but the width on the panels are shorter than most paired curtain sets. I need to buy another set just so each panel doesn't have to be stretched to the max. If you like your curtains to have give they way I do, one set is better fit for one window. Great price though so I don't feel cheated.
