Great rug. I returned it because the color was yellowish and didn’t match my decor. Quality was great though. Just changed my mind.

Exactly as described. It's not cushiony. The jute is rough on bare feet, but I knew that when I ordered it. The fold lines are supposed to come out in time. Very well made. Update: the fold lines disappeared after a few days.

The rug was perfect for my needs. It had a small flaw that I documented with a photo and submitted to Wayfair. They compensated me for the flaw. Totally impressed

I love Houzz and have had really good luck with them until this rug. It is not sewn well, the stitching goes haywire and there are weird black marks in the natural fibers??? I'm sorry

Nice but Quality Poor on First Try

The rug overall is nice, a little rough but I hope it softens a bit (I have other sisal rugs). The first one we received had a very concentrated dark line/area of sisal that appeared like a mud stain and because Rugs USA does not allow exchanges, we purchased a second one and paid a hefty return fee. While I do like the second rug, I don’t see ourselves shopping here again as it gets expensive if you need to make a return. In our case it wasn’t style but a quality control issue. Luckily I don’t have to return the second one but it was a risk as they don’t disclose the return fees upfront.

Rolls up, flaky & abrasive

Bought this rug to go under our kitchen table in January. Rug never “smoothed out” from being rolled up. Now, it flips up and will not lay down. The fibers are hard to even put bare feet on. And it’s flaking stuff off constsntly onto our hardwood. Do not buy.

Excellent quality! Border is a sturdy fabric, rug goes with a backing (may not even need an anti-slip rug pad, time will tell). Note that the weave is a very consistent beige with no variation.

It’s bulky

I love the color, but its bulky; not soft feels like hay Keeping it only cause not alot of foot traffic. Better as an outdoor rug

Feels like hard plastic, not at all what the picture looks like. This piece came with strange holes, like a nail went through it as well as “naked” spots showing the underside. Not allowed to return until customer service reviews my pictures. 150.00 for 6 foot rug....I would say it is garbage but someone might use it for outside? I dunno, was going to use it for my bathroom but it is cheap and damaged. Another disappointment that is causing hours of on hold and emails. Should be no hassle returns. If I simply wanted the same thing-that would be sent right out.

Not Great

Very disappointed. The weave is far looser and chunkier than pictured. There's no chance this could be used as a runner without becoming a serious trip hazard. Additionally, rolling it out onto a clean floor left the floor filthy with debris. Waiting for stores to reopen so I can return so as not to incur return shipping costs equal to or greater than the cost of this sub par, disappointing product.

Returned the rug

The rug arrived with moisture in both the inside and the outside bag. Fortunately it dried. I wanted a textured rug but this was too textured for us. It was way too uncomfortable to walk on even with socks.
