Good quality rug. Has not
Good quality rug. Has not faded with time. I use this area rug in a high traffic area. It is held up nicely. It was good quality for the price. I would purchase again.
Beware of Return Shipping for wrong item sent by Wayfair. The rug I received is not the rug pictured on the website. It definitely is not natural fiber. Wayfair insists that I have to pay $40+ in return shipping despite this because the packaging has a sticker with the ID for this rug. To me selling one thing and sending another then charging the customer who calls it out for return shipping is shady. I will be sending it back, but, unfortunately, based on this experience I will no longer shop with Wayfair.
Horrible Product. Super bad quality and more importantly the dimensions of the rug are 6 inches short. (Got a replacement because of this and it was short on the replacement as well.) Highly DONT recommend this rug. Also, Tatiana, the supervisor who helped us with the issue was super rude on the phone.
