Overall nice unit. Price dropped after buying and similar units showed up from other vendors with water storage in bottom. I wish this had that. I burnt the wood to seal it-came out nice

Are you people crazy?????? I was about to write when you sent me an ad wanting me to purchase something. That came after the request to rate your customer service, which I succinctly replied "YOU HAVE NO CUTOMER SERVICE" AND NOW you want me to review something I did not receive!!! It was delivered to the wrong address and your SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOTHING EXCEPT ASK ME TO PROVE I DIDN'T GET IT. AND PUT THE RESPONSIBILITY ON UPS.

This was supposed to be a Father's Day gift. when I ordered it, it was supposed to arrive the day after Father's Day, which was a full 7 days after I ordered it. Then I got an email saying it would arrive on Thursday. I was frustrated but decided it was fine. Now it's Thursday, and it says Saturday for delivery. When I call Lowe's to find out what's going on, in a very polite way, she said that since I ordered it and used free shipping, I just have to wait and see. I can't reorder it either cause now it shows out of stock! I'm very frustrated and would just like the product I ordered. I won't be depending on Lowe's delivery again.

Missing hardware

Box was likely a re-packed return. Missing some of the required hardware (screws). When I went to Lowe’s and asked them to provide me with the missing screws (under $3), they said I had to contact the manufacturer, as Lowe’s only sold the item on their website, but it was actually fulfilled by the manufacturer, so Lowe’s couldn’t help me.

The dividers are free-floating in the container.
