Perfect

These chairs are the perfect color for our kitchen/hearth room; the perfect taupe - mixture of grey and beige. I was concerned from the photos that they would be too brown. But they are not. The back cushions are removable/reversible. The seat cushion has velcro on the bottom to keep it in place and is not reversible. Arrived fully assembled, swivel is very smooth, very sturdy chair. I find the seat depth is great for sitting up straight to read, work on a lap top, and conversation. However, I like to remove the back cushion to curl up in the chair to watch TV. I am tall (5'10") with long legs but my husband who has shorter legs has no issues with the seat depth. Overall these chairs are perfect for us. We need a relatively small foot print for the chairs but we also need comfort as we spend the majority of our time in this room. It is hard to find super comfy small chairs. I think these are the perfect size... not too small...not too big. And they are comfortable enough for regular use.

Beautiful piece of furniture. Made nicely. It is on the smallish side. Great for 5'1" me, and my 6'1" husband says it is fine. The back pillow can be moved, which does allow for a deeper sitting area. It is low profile. I like how it doesn't block my line of sight.
