I like the sturdiness of the shade, but it's a little dark. It would work for a more cozy setting, rather than to use while crafting.

This is one well made, quality lamp shade. Bought a set of lamps at a big box store. Thre lampshades that came with them were cheap. These Springcrest Linen ones bring class and color.
