Love, love, love my new dining room sideboard. It arrived damage free and I just had to put the legs on. Very heavy, definitely needed 2 people to get out of the box, assemble and move. But that's exactly what I wanted! And it was a better price than the exact same piece at a few other online sources. Would definitely buy from GDF again!

Gorgeous piece

It is a gorgeous piece! I’ve put baskets inside for lots of storage. There was a magnetic door thing that popped off during the process of putting the legs on, but it doesn’t stop the door from working. It was shipped quickly and easy to assemble. Great price during Mother’s Day sale.

Beautiful piece but unfortunately arrived damaged

First one arrived with a severely damaged top from shipping. GDF was great about sending a replacement. On the second one, the holes drilled for the hardware do not align making the handle on the door offset. Not worth returning, but annoying to look at. Otherwise, good quality, heavy solid wood.

I love it! I'm using it as a dresser and I couldn't be more happy. Very nice quality. I get compliments on it whenever someone sees it.

It is a gorgeous solid

It is a gorgeous solid piece of furniture. The design of the doors is unique and mango wood is beautiful. The first piece we received was damaged, but the company immediately send a replacement. I purchased 2 to go on either side of the fireplace. I'm not giving this a 5 because though the wood is nice and looks good, there were still defects in the way it was put together. You can't beat the price though if you are going for a unique style with adequate storage.

Love it! Beautiful, heavy, and well made. The shipper packaged it very well and it arrived without a scratch. I am looking forward to using it as a coffee bar with a plexiglass top.

Love it BUT....

Love love love this piece. However, arrived damaged. I repaired it myself and they did discount for me. Extremely heavy!!!! Need more than one person to move into the house and set up. But beautiful solid wood. Only giving it a 3 because it was damaged.

Good piece, poor finishing and hardware

This piece is absolutely stunning and solid. Docking points because the holes and the handles do not align correctly on the doors and one of the knobs for the drawers arrived stripped.

Nice solid piece

The size and style fit perfect for my dining room. Love the textured doors, and the wood is thick and solid...much more than I thought for that price! Not a big fan of the dark grain running through the wood (see pics), I thought it was mold when I first opened the box so I had to live with it for a bit before I got used to it and it seems to not stick out too much now. Overall nice modern look, light and airy feel which is nice because I have a small dining room and didn't need another bulky piece of furniture.

Love this piece! Solid wood and beautiful texture- looks wonderful in my room.

The chest is made with quality wood, not laminate or fiberboard. The look is unique. Unforutunately, it came damaged. Not sure if it happened during shipment or if it was just defective. The nail holes from the drawer installation also could be seen from the top of the table. I think it could have been a quality control issue.

Broken Handle

I really like the furniture. However, one of the door handles came broken. I had sent several emails requesting a replacement, but no one has replied.
