Not worth it

Not only was the shipping significantly delayed, but the quality is really subpar. Boards don't really fit together properly, things won't hammer flesh, and I've had it less than a month and parts are already showing signs of aging (think sub-par Ikea quality). It looks nice when it's all together, but the quality is really disappointing - the actual base of the bed is floating, and held together by a few parts and it's already starting to come apart - the screws are really flimsy.

Perfect for our room

This was perfect for our small bedroom. The floating appearance means more of the floor surface is viewable making the room seem larger. It was fairly easy to assemble but does take two people. The quality is what you'd expect from particleboard and we'll see how it holds up over time. However, given the price our expectations are in alignment.

Looks cool but feels bad

The design of this bed is what attracted me to it. Putting it together was pretty easy. The last step of assembly is when I knew I made a mistake buying this bed. The bed slats are really flimsy, you can lightly press on them and they bend quite a bit. Also, there's a gap at the top and bottom where extra slats are definitely needed. I contacted Nexera and they only offer those slats, nothing more sturdy. I'm not a heavy person but when laying on this bed, I notice it sinks a bit on each side which did not happen when I moved my mattress to another bed in the house. Nexera offered to send me 6 extra slats(whoopie) that added to the 15 it came with. I noticed a slight improvement but since I had to put one on each end of the bed (top and bottom) that only left me with 4 slats to add to the mid section which did not provide much extra support. Oh and the corners of the bed (lower part) are so sharp if your not careful walking near it, you will risk a nasty injury from brushing against it. I wish it didn't cost so much to return it or I would. If your handy and can make the bed more supportive then great but all in all.. not worth the $278 I spent (great deal so I thought lol) and that included the headboard as well!

I was just come able to start building this bed yesterday and I Love the style but it came with messed up wood with the paint peeling off and I am so disappointed. If I would've noticed before I ordered a night stand yesterday then I wouldn't have had ordered it.. I wasted 400+ of my hard earned money for it to have paint peeling off.

Really nice modern look!

The look is amazing and the head board is great not too big or small. The bed frame with head board is really big so make a lot of room, took me about 2 - 3hrs to complete. I 4 stared it because I wish it was a real wood finish so if your expecting real wood it is not.

Is ok..not particularly fond of it.

Headboard is smaller than it appears.. mattress sits on top of frame not down inside and mid way up the headboard if it's a standard mattress.not like In pics.

The design is simple and it fit perfectly into the basement guest room. The back portion is curved and has empty area, I wish the design included access to the back to use as bookshelf or some storage.

Great modern bed!

My 11 year old son and I were able to put this together without much trouble. It looks GREAT in his room and he's very happy with it!
