I was quoted two panels to do a project and it wound up to be a total of eight. No free return and it cost me $60.00 to return back to the company with their discount plus the cost of materials. So I'm out a total of $72.00. The panels themselves are made of 100% high quality wood, but make sure you know how many panels are needed. Especially if you're on a budget if not it will be a costly mistake if you have to return the panels back.

The materials and modular design of the panels are great. However, there are some consistency and quality control issues with how the panels are made and assembled. I purchased 8 boxes (16 panels) that were clearly made and packaged at two different facilities. Although I expect to have to square my regular lumber, I didn’t anticipate needing to do so with these pre-fab panels. Fortunately my installation didn’t require the full height, otherwise it would have been an even bigger problem. Additionally, on about 1/3 of the panels, the slat array was slightly shifted, creating a small “lap joint” against the adjacent panel. This would be fine if they were all that way, but when installed next to one of the “normal” flush panels, the visual interval is noticeably wider. I had to do quite a bit of felt trimming, staple-removing, and re-attaching in order to mitigate the problem. Overall, an A for concept and materials, but a solid C- for execution.

They won’t email you back

Ordered 10 boxes. 1 box was the wrong finish and another box was completely the wrong color. I emailed them about it. They sent me 1 reply saying they would fix it and then left the next 3 emails on read. If you order, you better hope they get your panels right or you will have an unfinished wall like myself.

The wall

The product looks great but you need to put more staples on the back because if you cut it to fit a space like above the door way all the wood strips fall off or they are only holding on by one staple. Makes it very hard to cut . I do love it.
