A great product and very well made. It is made out of one single piece of wood. So there are not joints to separate or crack or fall apart. The design or curves in the wood are very well router-ed into the wood itself. There is also a metal plate on the inside of the wood to help keep any burn marks from touching the wood if any shorts ever happen in the future from the wiring or the outlet itself. The depth of the wood is perfect, not too thick to be a hamper to furniture & not too thin to be fragile. It comes with an antique head brass screw.

The wall plate was of good quality. My husband had to trim the top side in order for it to fit under the trim. It did not splinter but trimmed exactly and matched my wainscoat perfectly.
