[Rewarded Review] Better than expected!

Initially I was curious about how comfortable these would be...I was expecting they would feel silkier. However after sleeping on them and washing them, I couldn’t be more pleased. Visually, you can see the linen texture, but they are so soft on the skin. Easily my new favorite sheets!

These sheets are silky smooth and cooling. I only gave these 4 stars because I like the bamboo linen ones even more and they are getting my 5 star. The fitted sheets all have a nice piece of elastic to keep them snug to the bed. They do not slide around. They stay cool all night and that makes me happy as a hot sleeper.

So far; so fantastic...

I've had these sheets for almost a month now and I am very pleased with them. First of all, the sizing is generous and they fit my mattress quite easily. Other sheet set I own have to be stretched tightly to get on the mattress. I've laundered them twice so far, per instructions, and they come out of the dryer fresh and crisp. (I have noticed a good bit of lint in the lint trap, though. But hopefully it's just part of a break in period.) As far as sleeping on them, they're very comfortable in feel and temperature regulation on warm summer nights. So far, I'm very happy and would recommend these sheets highly.

Lovely texture

First time purchase from Linen and Hutch. The material has a nice touch. Softer than linen with more structure to the material.

Very Nice

I think if I had gotten the bamboo blend that wasn't Linen, I probably would have been happier. These are well made but the linen does make them a little more scratchy and a little hotter than I like to sleep in. If you love linen, then these sheets will be perfect for you. I just struggle with "sleeping hot" and need the coolest sheets as possible. The only reason I am mentioning all this, is because if I had read a review like mine, I may have chosen differently

Nice Sheets

I like these sheets a lot. They are very cool. I have been thinking I wanted to try true linen sheets for some time, and this blend of bamboo/rayon and linen seemed like an affordable way to progress toward that goal. The only issue I have, and what keeps me from giving them five stars, is they are not smooth but have a bumpy texture; I could see a very sensitive person calling them scratchy.

Skeptical AT FIRST

I haven’t had linen sheets of any kind prior to this. I’ve had bamboo and love them. This combination is surprisingly the best of both worlds. Soft AND cool. They wash up beautifully. The extra corner elastic really helps keep the bottom sheet in place.

Worth Considering

INTERESTING blend of linen and bamboo, has a unique texture. Washed and put on the bed. Having moved to percale and bamboo alone I wanted to try a linen mixture. At this point I would definitely recommend. Warmer than the bamboo in winter, will find out about the summer, and better texture than the percal. I was lucky to find these and being on sale really helped in making the purchase. Willing to pick up one more set. Using the Queen size now. Appears well made., wish the top sheet was a little larger, bottom fits , bottom straps functional.

Amazing!

I have wanted these sheets for a long time. But could not afford them at full price. When they went on sale, I was finally able to buy them. The bamboo sheets have always been my favorite. And I still love the bamboo sheets. But the linen and bamboo blend isn’t entirely new level of luxury that I have never slept in before. They are soft, cozy, but not too hot and not too cold. Just perfect. If you have the opportunity to buy this sheet set, do it! They are absolutely incredible.

Good Alternative.. for the money

I had a set of Linen sheets from Crate & Barrel that I loved and killed. I couldn’t see spending the money on another set so I tried these sheets from Linens&Hutch! They have more of a cottony feel. The texture isn’t quite what I’d hoped for however, the generous sizing makes up for where it lacks. They do seem to get a little softer with each wash. They don’t scratch the skin when you’re sliding around under the covers. So no inadvertent “rug burn”!! They are warm and cool at the same time. They hold my body temperature in the cold but don’t make me sweat. My husband sweats… and he hasn’t been. We’ve been getting a very thorough nights sleep with the sheets. Would I buy them again? Maybe. We’ll see how long they last. Linens and hutch cotton sheets seemed to last one year before I needed to pitch the fitted sheet. But those are worth every penny because of their sizing being XL as well. Super for thicker mattresses. Colors were true to depiction on their website. Also… shipping is amazing!
