A VERY "CHIC" Towel Hanger!

I have only minor problems for the one star subtraction. First, I need to use a black marker on a rod to cover a few white marks that a towel could probably cover. Second, the labels on the rod on the bottom wrung do not lift off/peel off gently. I am not sure what solvent would work to do the on without marring the paint. I don't want to strip the black paint. Third, the circular black trim twisted around the bottom left leg needs to be glued somehow to hide a split. The packaging certainly protected the Towel Hanger, but I guess it also caused the circular piece of decorative trim to break. I have limited space in the bathroom, so this unique structure provides storage space close to the bathtub...a drying spot for damp towels, etc. I wanted to eliminate the need for a shelf attached to the wall.
