This is a very nice cutting board: it is perfectly functional, easy to clean, and ethically made. We are glad we purchased it.

Clean and clean-cutting, but is it green?

I like the resistance of the Epicurean cutting board to crumbling and ease of cleaning as compared to plastic cutting board, although it is a little bit noisy under the knife. I would recommend the Epicurean, except that I still question its environmental footprint.

Perfect size for prepping food

I love the size of this cutting board. I have the smaller Epicurean cutting board but wanted a larger size for food prep!

Love this! Have had it for several years and it still works really well. Best thing about it is that it is completely dishwasher safe.

Epicurean cutting board

This cutting board is simply perfect. Easy to clean and no chance of produce bits being trapped in cracks. I recommend this board and would consider giving it as a gift.

Good Size

I am very pleased with this cutting board. I like that it is dishwasher safe and a perfect size for storage. I gave one to my daughter-in-law who is very please with it also.

If only it did not slip around so much

This is a nice surface for cutting and easy to clean. But to prevent it from slipping on the counter I have to lay it on top of a silicone pot holder. This does the trick but would much prefer that it stabilized on its own.

great cutting board

I have two of these boards one is a smaller one for cutting lemons/limes etc that i have had for years and still looks great. I just got the 11x14 one for bigger jobs. I like the fact you can throw them in the dishwasher. I recommend these cutting boards!

Love these boards

The Epicurean brand cutting boards are sturdy and useful. They also come in different sizes which is convenient. Made in the USA, they provide a quality cutting surface and I constantly reach for any one of the several sizes that I have.

Best chopping boards out there!

This is my third Epicurean board and the other two are still going strong after years of daily dishwasher use. They are the only wooden chopping board that is truly dishwasher safe, and I love them!

Wonderful Cutting Board

Love this cutting board

It is lightweight, but sturdy, very easy to handle, dishwasher-safe, takes up little space - what's not to love?! I've already returned to purchase another; we may end up getting rid of all our old cutting boards and replacing them with these!

I love these cutting boards

I use mine for almost everything that I need to cut on. My favorite use if for pizza. I simply slide a hot pizza onto the board, use my rolling cutter to cut into small pieces and serve. These clean us so easily and make a great surface to cut and serve on. I cant suggest these enough
