I normally don’t write reviews, but I was very disappointed with this item! I wish I would’ve read the reviews beforehand. It was so small! My child is almost 8 months old and is almost taller than this! The picture make seem like it’s gonna be a lot bigger than what I have. Very disappointed, especially for the price! I should’ve went with a plastic one. If it wasn’t put together I would return in a heartbeat.

small and useful, but not sturdy

not as tall as I thought it would be, but turned out to fit the area i wanted to put it in. Saved space in the end. Had issues putting together due to the plastic parts for the screws not in the right place. could not secure them til i figured this out. Its not sturdy for any one having rough children. But its pretty good over all

Needs improvement

I originally bought this toy chest for my 2 year old toddler! I really loved the idea behind it but the product is not very well made. One of the bins arrived cracked and one of the wooden boards was also cracked! The toy box is made out of particleboard and isn't very sturdy when put together. The directions were easy though and it took me about a half hour to put together. I am very disappointed in the product durability ! I would not recommend this product.

WAY SMALL read description

This would be 5 stars IF it were as big as it looks. Its dinky! Tiny! It's perfect for my 17 mo old as it's as tiny as her. If I knew how tiny it was I would have spent $80 for it. I would have spent $30 on it probably. Even the little book shelf going across the top will not hold any book we have, not even the little ones. So disappointed I cant believe I spent that much on it.

Do not buy

This toy box was terrible. The bin that hold the toys is fine but of you put too many toys in it then the wheels pop off. And the top piece is really cheap and the bar snapped in half. They should really lower the price on this or dont sell this at all. Plus its small. So if your kid has alot of toys find something else

Tots toy organizer

It is exactly as pictured. The shelf that shows books is so small. My kiddos books fall off it and they are the small ones like pictured. The pull out box is small and only fits very little toys. I think this item is ideal for a nursery...perfect for all stuffed and baby rattles.Overall it would be better if it was a foot bigger in all of the dimensions.

Won't buy this product or brand

The toy box was terrible. It came with scratches on the wood. 2 of the plastic bins were shattered. There was nothing in the box to protect the product from being broken. Before noticing the bins were shattered we put it together and it was so flimsy it looked like it would fall apart from breathing near it. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Broken tubs!!!!!!!

I knew when I bought this, it was going to be small. but for $21 couldnt pass up. My husband just took it out and got the wood put together. He pulled the 3 plastic tubs out of the box and all 3 are cracked. One tub is cracked so bad it cant be used. Wish we would of checked those first before he put the toy box together because I would be sending this back. I bought online and picked up from store. We checked the box and it was in great shape. I am sure Walmart will do nothing about this issue because I see we are not the only ones with cracked or broken tubs. I know for sure next time to read the reviews!!!!!!

Smaller than it appears to be...

This toy organizer is very cute but check the dimensions before you buy it. It looks much larger in the pics. I purchased it for my 6 month old Grandson and its sized for him now until around 2 years old. I will definitely need something bigger than this. I wanted the dark wood and unfortunately they give you no choice of white or colored bins...dark wood comes with white. The bins were all scuffed up and it doesn't look great. I would have preferred the colored bins but those came with the light wood. I am going to request replacement bins but not sure if they will exchange them for me...hopefully they will stand behind their product. All in all very cute but sort of miniature sized.

Do not purchase

I ordered this about a month ago and when it arrived the wood pieces were broken and one of the plastic bins was broken. So I called Walmart.com to get it replaced. Within less than two weeks I received my new toy box. When I opened the box, both the plastic bins were completely shattered. I didn't even finish taking everything out. I put it all back in. I'm going to call now to just refund me my money. I am highly disappointed at the product and the careless shipping. Don't waste your time, you will be disappointed!

not worth the money

This toybox looks bigger in the ad - itis very small, barely large enough for most toys. It went together easy but will not hold up to use by a toddler. The dowels are small, the wheels do not run smooth and are too small - won't roll well on carpet. There was also a cracked bin when I opened the box which was useless and the bins do not stay in place when toys are in them. Also the book shelf is so small and narrow it will only fit the smallest books and they keep falling off if the child so much as touches the bin below,. The bins are also easily displaced and do not sit securely on the track.

Not worth it!

I was trying to decide if I wanted a regular "toy BOX" or one with the bins. This was a great combination of both, and at a great price! It's definitely on the small side, but I won't fault them for that because the measurements are listed. Because of its size, I would not recommend for children under 2. The major issue with this piece of furniture is the quality/durability. After one week, one of the wheels fell off of the toy box. We tried to use Gorilla Glue to reattach it, but now another wheel has fallen off. On top of that, one of the plastic bins is already cracked as well. It's obvious that it's not going to last, so this was pretty much a waste of money. I would NOT recommend!

Item SMALLER than it appears!

So, I was scouring the web for some toy storage bins and came upon this neat toy storage shelf. I must admit, the price of the item shown was very tempting, but as I quickly found out, the prices were different depending on its pseudo finishes (I purchased the dark wood, most expensive). Still, I thought it was still decent given the look of it, I expedited it, expecting it to come ON THE DAY promised but was really disappointed as it came THE DAY AFTER! Be that as it may, when it came, my hubby assembled it and yet another BIG (or rather small as in its size) disappointment as the item was the size of a big toy! Overall, very disappointed.

Nice looking toy storage

I bought this toy organizer in espresso. We keep my sons' toys in the living room and wanted toy storage that would fit in with the rest of the decor downstairs without spending a lot of money. This is toddler sized. My 21 month old can reach the book shelf, the toy box is light enough for him to pull it out to get to his toys. It is not terribly sturdy, if a child tried to climb it I wouldn't be surprised if it would break. Also, the book shelf could be wider, but if it were any wider the baskets would be difficult to take out/put back in. This does not hold all of the toys we own, but it does hold more toys than any child needs access to (we rotate the toys that are available to play with periodically.) Overall, I think this is a good product for toy storage that looks classy (if that is possible,) just be aware that it is toddler sized (short) and has a narrow book shelf.

Good for kids room (very small)

This is very cute, but it's small and I mean small! read the dimensions before purchasing (I didn't) It's pretty expensive for the size. the book shelf is almost pointless it doesn't hold books and if u get one to stay as soon as your child grabs a toy it is going to fall off. I was planning on having this hold all my sons train tracks and trains but it holds about 1/8th of them, hah but we decided to keep it anyways because even though it's much smaller then we expected we think its great for his bedroom. since its so small he can reach everything himself and I don't have to worry about him climbing, or anything falling on him.

Easy to set up.

I ordered this in espresso for my 1 year old. It is definitely small. It's pretty sturdy, but I wish I would have splurged for something bigger. I put 4 of those soft blocks in one of the plastic bins, and it's full. You couldn't put any big toys, or heavy toys in it, the bottom of the roll out part is really really flimsy. When my 1 year old stands next to it, he's taller then it at its highest point. And the bookshelf, it's a JOKE. You can only fit tiny books on it. I thought it was a straight board, but instead it's curved, so you can barely use it to hold up the books. Its good for now, but I'm definitely looking to buy something bigger.

Good idea -- lacks quality

We purchased this knowing it wouldn't be a large toybox/shelf combination, and it isn't large.

You storage that looks like furniture

Great, very sturdy. The wood laminate is of very good quality, seems like it will last for years. The white bins are ok, you can always switch them out if you want color. But the espresso is a nice finish and looks nicer than the lighter wood version which my sister has. I wish the toy drawer was larger but that was my fault for not reading the measurement closely. It's a good value for the price and the top shelf serves for a iPod/iPhone dock that I have and I stream kids music on it while my son is playing. Looks great next to the matching 3-row toy bin organizer that I also purchased with this. Would recommend!

Cute but BEWARE: TINY!!!

This toybox is extremely cute and well made. The natural wood looks nice and clean in our play space. However, we have many toys that will not fit into this...Imagine that you could only fit maybe two of those new Let's Rock Elmos and the mics and drum sets that he comes with. Now there will be little spaces between because of the shapes of the toys, but do not expect to put your child's larger toys in here.
