I was not happy with the quality of the Chalkboards, they were not up to my resale standards. They also had Oriental Trading, hot stamped on every chalkboard on back. Since I was going to use them for crafts to resell, I didn't want my customers knowing mt source.Shipping to me was great, customer service was awesome also. I did have to pay return shipping but it was reasonable. Thank you

Great for Crafting

If you like crafting these are perfect your ideas, well made and a good price for the bunch.

Great purchase

I purchased these for our ladies conference as a small craft. Although these aren't chalk boards they are just wood I used painter's tape around the edges and sprayed chalk spray to make them like chalk boards. I also glued 2 round magnets on the back so they could put it on the frig. I used rust-oleum chalk board writable eraseable finish spray it works great.

The kids loved these tiny chalkboards to decorate with the christmas trees, jewels, and snowflakes that I also purchased from Oriental Trading.

Good Quality

I ordered this for my Sunday school class and was pleasantly surprised on the quality and great size for little ones to paint and decorate. Price was great to for these.

Marginal

I bought these because of the wooden frame so the kids could paint them. Although the frames were okay, the chalkboard was just painted black. Not a chalkboard!! Would not order again.

Hit of the Party

"Craftastic" birthday party--This item was the hit of the party. All kidlets ages 4-15 loved painting and adding embellishments to these chalkboards. Great fun!

Good Value

Chalkboards were very thin and the wood was dis-colored and some had jagged edges.

Poorly made

These were simply wood painted black. The chalk did not wipe off. I had purchased 60 of these and ended up buying chalkboard paint and repainting each one. In the end it may still have been cheaper but it was quite inconvenient.

I purchased these for my wedding.

I stained the frames - which was VERY esy, but I learned that they don't erase very well.

Not as expected

The boards were wrapped and really don't take the chalk well. Cute and ornamental went decorated but not functional.

Very fun craft

Fun craft for daughter's birthday party. Kids loved painting and decorating them.

They don't erase very well. Looks messy after the first use.

I wanted to use them for a learning center for the children to practice writing. You can't erase very well. Some of what you wrote is still there when you write again. That makes it very messy after a few uses. I'm disappointed because I ordered 2 dozen and can't use them for what I needed.

Great purchase

I bought these to use at our parties to label drinks, food, bathroom, etc. I used chalk markers and they worked great. The markers looked beautiful on them and erased nicely. The board was a nice dark color, which I like. A couple of the boards have some rough spots, but still marked and erased well.

Very nice!

Very nice wood frames and although the chalkboard area is painted on, it is pretty smooth and works great. Fun for kids to decorate the frames and put in their lockers or around the house to leave messages for each other.
