A totally frustrating experience

No text in directions and pieces weren't labelled. Some of the holes were drilled to deep for the bushings to line up with the bolts.

Good value for price, not too hard to assemble

A nice solid cart, especially for the price. It feels very sturdy when fully assembled and everything fit together neatly. I have experience assembling this type of thing, so I didnt find it overly challenging, but the instructions can be a little minimalist if youre not as confident. It took me about 2 hours solo, though I would have liked a second pair of hands if any had been available. There was a hex wrench included, but I was very glad to have my own ratchet wrench for a few spots. Besides that, the only other tool you should have on hand is a phillips head screwdriver. I chose not to attach the knifeblock portion since i didnt see myself using it and it didnt cause any issues. It will be quite handy in my kitchen and the wheels move very smoothly even over my tiled floor, which is great since I’ll need to scoot it around from time to time. Overall I’m very pleased

Don't waste your money!

This product was a nightmare to set up. It could never be completed because the drawer would not fit together seamlessly so it had no chance of fitting in the ridiculously tight slot. Within days, the cheap tiny joint for the cabinet door bent to the side and no longer works. At some point the wooden dowel snapped and later fell out with that sharp shard. Very disappointed.

Shelves are thin veneer framed by wood, and way too flimsy to put anything on them of any weight. I've never seen that kind of material used for a shelf, and will likely end up adding plywood inserts to reinforce. . Build quality is not very good -- putty-filled knot in one location (fortunately not high visibility) and poor wood joins on cabinet front door. . Lots of styrofoam packing material to dispose of. . Assembly very awkward with allen wrench in tight spaces with too much torque required. Supplied allen wrench lost its grip near the end of the install (where the most torque was required) and I ended up using my own. Sore fingers and hands afterwards. Whoever designed this probably never had to assemble it.

It was easy to assemble, some parts were pre-assembled, directions were easy to read. The kitchen cart made helped make more space available in the kitchen. Would recommend this product for families with limited kitchen space.

LOVE IT! The wood is not cheap particle board like most things you purchase in stores today... it is solid. Plenty of storage space. I have been able to declutter my cabinets and counters. I still have an additional surface to prep meals on as well.

My wife loves this cart! Looks great in our kitchen, we bought a Air Fryer from home depot a week before which was just too big on top of our counter. The Air fryer is now sitting on top of this cart along with a bread basket and cookie jar.

Beware of challenges.

I'm giving this unit a low rating because of the following: 1. When I opened the box to remove the contents the first thing I see is a broken/cracked support bar. I repaired the bar with gorilla glue and tape the bar and it seemed fine(I later discovered the support bar is for the track for the drawer) 2. All of the handles were too long for the holes drilled. I purchased cabinet knobs to replace. 3. Assembly was a challenge because a couple of times I had a piece turned the wrong way and didn't discover the error until screws tightened and/or the next piece didn't fit(arrows pointing to the front of the cabinet might help. 4, The locking hinge for the side cabinet does not tighten enough to stay up and in place to secure the door. The unit is attractive and serves my purpose. I hope it stays together.

While we have not completed assembling this cart, it appears to be of acceptable materials for the price. Warning: lots of parts for this one! Not a simple assembly job. What is disappointing is that quite a large quantity of the hardware was not included in the shipping box. That has necessitated a call to the distributor requesting replacements. The hardware will be sent, but will require our daughter to have to wait for her Christmas gift for a month or more. Disappointing!
