Worthwhile upgrade

Great Aluminium Sheet Pans

I still have no idea why aluminum sheet pans are so much more expensive than non stick but these are great. Exactly what I was looking for and at a good price on sale.

Great quality, plus made in USA. Already used smallest sheet to roast carrots today. Best in the West.

This sheet pan set is terrific! It cleans up well with hot water, sturdy aluminum, attractive, no non-stick coating to deteriorate. Very pleased with it!!! Excellent price too.

Great pans, but get very badly discolored if run through the dishwasher.

Best Bake Ware

Nordic ware is hands down the best bake ware. Their sheet pans never warp, conduct heat well, and clean up easily.

My cookie sheets would warp as they got hot. These don't. Love them!

I've been using nordic ware forever. The larger one came with a little dent in it but it doesn't really bother me.

Warning: measure your oven carefully! Sadly, the half-sheet doesn't fit in my standard GE oven. Since I bought a three-piece set, I cannot return the half-sheet. My oven shelves curl upwards in the back instead of being flat, so fitting the sheet pan fully into the oven forces the back end of the sheet up over the curled portion of the shelf, thus tipping the sheet pan, causing the pan juices to spread unevenly & likely overflow. I really don't know how to rate this product - the customer service was excellent, the quality is excellent, but for me, only two-thirds of the set are of any use. So I compromise on a 3 -- but I heartily recommend it to anyone into whose oven it will fit!
