[Rewarded Review] Couch is not my favorite

I was so excited to get a couch finally. It arrived in a box and was easy to assemble. Happy woth it for a few months. The back cushions sag. The seat cushions are now misshaped and dip in the middle. I tried switching them but it does the trick for maybe a few days. Fabric is pilling. My family seems to like it still but i cant stand it. The only way i will sit on it is that i remove the back pillow and replace with a large pillow and then cover it with another blanket. I guess I get what I paid for. Still not happy.

Easy to assemble with 2 people

Surprised when the box came I didn’t think our couch was in it. My grandson and I put the couch together with any tools. Easy to follow instructions. Took about 15 minutes to put together. That was great! We were surprised. However, the picture of the color I was buying was NOT the color I received. I had to get a couch cover. It looked like a higher couch, but it is a lower one. Not good for my 6’8” husband and I. When I tried to get up it is hard for me. It is comfortable when you lay on it- I fell asleep, it was not why I laid on it but was a nice nap!

[Rewarded Review] Doesn't work quite right

Fairly lightweight and not too hard to put together but must be put together. Uses velcro but it was not included. Perfect size for me in a small apartment but still a couch. Cushions did not inflate properly, are awkward to sit on and after a few days you start to hurt from it. It did not inflate the same on each cushion so it looks kind of funny. Unable to find the directions to contact the correct support. Best Buy support does not have it. To representatives did not understand what I was asking for. I think they had difficulty understanding English well. If it worked correctly it would be a good value. Unfortunately it just did not for me.
