So Incredibly Disappointed

When the sheets arrived, I was concerned because they were dirty with machine gunk while packed. My husband said, no problem, it would come out in the laundry, which it did. The fabric is durable, and these sheets will last a lifetime, but they are first quality. I didn't know I was buying 2nd quality bedding. The edges curl instead of drop as they should. They were laundered properly, so that is not the issue. I think it has to do with how the fabric was cut, but I'm not sure; I'm not an expert. Did I miss in the advertising somewhere that it was a 2nd I was purchasing? Just because something is on sale, doesn't mean I'm supposed to accept a 2nd rate item. I don't think I'll trust this company again.

Are You Kidding Me?!!

After a good amount of research, I bought these sheets because of the great reviews I read about them on the website. Do I ever feel duped! I bought two sets (one in white and one in platinum) with an extra set of matching pillow cases in each color. These are by far the WORST sheets I have ever purchased in my entire life. They were pilling by the THIRD WASH and are now FRAYING after only using them for about 6 MONTHS. For spending $*-$* on new sheets, I feel that this was a complete and utter waste of money. Avoid these poorly made, low quality sheets at all cost!

Expensive disappointment due to piling

My goodness I was disappointed by these sheets. I've had them less than 3 months and they have started pilling in the center of the bed where I lay the most. I've never spent this much on sheets and been so disappointed. They fit my mattress and don't come off accidentally but the pilling is very annoying to sleep on. They're very thick and breathable but I would not purchase them again if given the opportunity. I wish I could return them but the window has passed 🥲

I have had the same thread count Egyptian cotton sheets before but these are so far superior I will never want any other kind. These are solid quality! Comparatively, others are thin. They feel divine and look extraordinary. Mine did have a stitching error in attaching the top trim but I chose to keep them. They sheets bring a smile when I slide into my bed.

The color matches photos. Material is great and easy to sleep on. 2 issues I had...I did not confirm it has the pockets on the pillow cases, so it ends up pulling up on the pillow as I sleep since I toss and turn a lot, the second, the corners don't stay down at the head of the bed at both corners (two people sleeping). Every night we have to pull the corners back down. Other than that, material seems durable and love the color.

Nice heavy wight and soft.

Nice quality sheet set. these are nice and heavy duty whilst still being soft as silk. One hem has unstitched which is too bad. this happened right out of the package. I always wash items before first use, and this came unraveled the first pre use wash. other than the lack of quality control I am happy with this sheet set.

VERY UNHAPPY!!! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Please DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! When the sheet set arrived it smelled and needed to be washed before we could sleep on it. After washing, the sheets would not fit on the bed! Forget having 'deep pockets' - NO WAY!!! The top sheet was also not wide enough to tuck in. And of course, once opened these sheets can't be returned. A lot of money down the drain. VERY UNHAPPY!!!

I absolutely love these sheets and intend to order another set. These sheets will spoil you. They are more substantial than what I generally find in department stores. They are so silky smooth and release wrinkles. They wash beautifully and fit my 11/12 inch mattress. I highly recommend them, they really are superior!

These sheets are incredible. I have bought 3 pairs in 20 years. I only buy a pair when I need a new set. I keep a set on the bed, strip it once a week, wash them and put them back on the bed. The last pair I had needed to be donated to the SPCA bc the sheet and the pillow cases became threadbare. They get softer and more buttery as the years go by. They are very thick and well made. Some might say they're hard at first, but over time, they become incredibly soft. Totally worth it!!!

Beautiful Sheets: Heavy and Luxurious. Splurge!

Bought these in March but waited until now to review because I wanted to be sure they were as durable as they are beautiful. Yes, thread count really does matter! These are quality (heavy) sheets that stand up well to washing without shrinking. We needed Cal King size in Ivory and this set matches our bedroom well and "goes with" our creamy beige comforter. The hubby had been complaining about our old sheet sets being too scratchy and they were showing some fraying on the ends. (They were 600 TC.) These 1200 TC sheets are definitely far more luxurious and comfortable, and will clearly last us for years. The fit is ample even for a Cal King Deep pocket bed. (Don't you HATE having to pull and tug the contoured sheets that are cheap to get them to fit the bed? No problem here.) The hubby declared these sheets "perfect." My recommendation? Splurge and buy some!

Love this brand since 2008

I bought my first set online in 2008 and was in love with the quality. Ever since I have replaced all my beds with this brand. I’ve gotten 1200 thread count and 1500. The 1200 thread count is perfect because it is heavy duty but softens with every wash. They last about 3-4 years for me washing in delicate cycle and low heat. Unfortunately this last sheet set felt a bit thinner in comparison to my other purchase made in 2021. I bought a set in 2021 for my sons bed and just placed an order for my bed and there is a bit of a difference but it is still the best. I will continue to purchase.

I have purchased high thread count from Overstock for years now. This set is by far my favorite. For the following reasons: 1. Quality- you can feel the quality, they are thick but not heavy nor hot. 2. The color is rich, I purchased the dark gray and it is beautiful. 3. Made well, the stitching is good, no fraying or loose threads. 4. Fits great, I have a King size bed and the sheets stay on and fit perfectly. There was not an odor, I read some had that experience. Washed them and they came out fine. Wrinkles, some say they do not wrinkle, they do not look like they have been ironed but they do not wrinkle as bad as others, probably the best as far as that goes. Finally will I order them again, yes and I am tempted to get the same color again I like it so much. I hope this helps, if you are on the fence trust me you will not be disappointed.

Good quality, substantial, wrinkle resist, Stiff

These sheets r very heavy high quality and washed up very nice. Rich color as photographed. Use the Med heat and promptly remove and they r wrinkle resistant. The weight of the sheets keeps the top sheet smooth on the edges which is a huge plus and makes for a crisp looking made bed. If ur looking for a light summer sheet u may want to try a different brand. I have purchased other high quality, high thread count sheets that were lighter weight but still didn't pill and lasted for years. These may last for years... but they r quite heavy and a bit stiff. They Remind me of the *** brand - which my hubby loves.

Poor Quality or a Defect That Just Gave Way?

I've had these sheets for a short 19 months. I gave them 2 stars for softness & breathability, otherwise, I wouldn't have given any. However, a couple of weeks ago, I noticed several tears in one area of about 3" in length.They have since grown to over a foot. I take very good care of what I have because I hate spending money unnecessarily. I've had cheap Dollar general sheets, while not nearly as comfortable, last much longer than these have. It should be expected that for the price they should have lasted considerably longer than this.

Glorious Bedding

I've purchased a lot of sheet sets over the years. I've paid attention to thread count but never thought it was worth it to get into those high number like 1200 thread count. Boy oh boy was I wrong. It's worth it and makes a difference. I purchased this set because it was the perfect color for my son's bedroom. The 1200 thread count was just the bonus. But I'm sold. The sheets are luxurious, thick, and comfortable. I'll never go back to a lower thread count again.

Not the same quality as they once were - Overstock

So bummed about these sheets. The top sheet does not even cover the width of a queen. The fabric is rough/course and is not getting softer over time. The last sheets that I purchased from Overstock were pure butter - but finally started to show age. This replacement pales in comparison. Sad that OS claims the same quality but clearly is shaving down the quality. Paying for shipping in return for faulty products also doesn't make sense.

EXCELLENT SHEET SET!

I purchased a set of these sheets in white. They are phenomenal! Very high quality in my opinion. The fitted fits my deep mattress but you do have to tug it some when making your bed. Keep in mind they are ALL COTTON! I wouldn’t advise using bleach though (and I am a bleach user). To soften then initially I used a cup of vinegar and of course fabric softener in my first 3 washes. After that they are perfect. They are heavy but not so much so that they make you sweat. They keep me cool during my sleep. I’ve had Target brands like threshold 400 to 800 count as a comparison which also aren’t bad sheets it’s a just a matter of preference. But these in my opinion are my favorite between the sets I’ve purchased that I only sleep on these now. Awesome nights sleep!

Poor Quality. Do not believe the positive reviews.

Pillowcases are too short for standard pillows. The pillows stick out. Top sheet is not wide enough. Less than 3" overhang on each side. Fading and splotching. They fade quite quickly and unevenly. Poor quality. They are wearing out after only about 10 uses/washings People here are complaining mostly about their heaviness and roughness. Yes, they are very heavy considering they are bed sheets and no, they are not soft and light. But some people like that kind of sheet or, at least, don't mind it. Thread count complaints are also not particularly helpful as thread count is mostly marketing gimmickry. Thread counts do not consistently equate to higher quality, more softness, or better comfort. Plain and simple, these sheets are simply of very poor quality. Do not buy them.

Received King Fitted and Queen Flat Sheet w/ Order

This review can be about my decisions about these sheets as well as about the sheets themselves. I ordered the king set of sheets over a year ago and found the sheets to be very comfortable and great quality. I was really disappointed though with the size of the flat sheet. It only covered my king mattress by two inches on each side. I was surprised such a quality sheet would be so narrow and my wife and I found ourselves without enough sheet to cover us depending on who rolled over less. I did not do any research and chalked this up to me not reading and confirming the dimensions of the sheets. I have finally decided to order another set of sheets and researched the size of other available sheets. I measured these sheets and found the flat sheet to be 90" wide. I looked back at this order and see while I received the king fitted sheet the set came with the queen flat sheet. I assumed for too long the size of the sheet was poor quality, a cutback on material. Not smart on my part. Do I recommend these sheets? Absolutely, they are great quality. Just verify the size of the sheets you receive and don't assume just because you have the correct fitted sheet that the flat sheet is the correct size. I never thought this could happen and would be important but it is.

BOMB SHEETS

My husband and I freakin LOVE these sheets. They are not your typical soft fuzzy sheets, nor are they the ones where you jump right in and slide right out. They are perfect and thiccc. Three c thick. They do fall a little more on the warm side and both my husband and I are hot sleepers. But between the ac, ceiling fan, night stand fan and a thinner comforter we are golden. I will ONLY buy these sheets. When I originally bought these it was a shot in the dark. We did a lot of research and trial and error. We also originally bought for a queen but eventually we switched to a king. So here I am, buying my second phenomenal set of sheets for my king. Figured I would make a nice little review while I was at it! I've only bought white (I like that crispy look) so I can't talk on colors being incorrect. Also, I wash and dry in my machines and maybe saw a small but of shrinkage. But really, I don't care. That's how much I love these. Plus, we are all over the place during bedtime so chances of them sheets being where they are suppose to be by morning, unrealistic. If any stranger came into my room to tell me my sheets were ever so slightly to short to tuck, they may just catch these hands. All in all, MY FAVORITE SHEETS!
