Gorgeous but not comfortable

I bought this couch/ bed because I live in a second floor apartment with thin door frames. I need something as a single women I could carry myself upstairs. After breaking down the box on porch and disconnect the two seats it was pretty easy. It would have been easier if I realized the arm rest were underneath in zipped up part of seats. The assembly was pretty easy.

To hard/firm, the noise it makes to lay back into a bed is horrible. The back cushions are flat and the seat cushions are with creases and beveled. Its attractive, but isnt what I expected. 🫤

Love Love Love this futon

After reading several reviews from previous buyers, I was hesitant to purchase but I'm glad I that I did. The package was very heavy for the avg. female. However, I was able to maneuver it into my home. The futon is wrapped in several layers of protection. All the required parts along with tools were included the package. It took about 30-40 minutes to assemble. I was truly impressed with the assembly design. Easy instructions and quick assembly. I have hex drill bits for projects like this one, just better for my hands. The linen blue is more like a denim blue in person. I am 5'7" and can lay straight with room. The fabric feels good against my skin and not cheap. After assembly, feel solid. Yup, the couch is firm.which I preferred, so I can easily get up. I will post an update status after a few months. If you are on the fence, go ahead and purchase this furon. It arrived super quick!

Stunning for the price

Beautiful and sturdy it took some time to put together but but it was worth it.The blue color we got is stunning.

The futon is more like a sofa bed. It’s gorgeous, comfortable, and just the right size for my space.

Nice but not comfortable

I have been use it this sofa for 2 years aprox , it’s not comfortable and hard to sleep.

Only lasted 1 year

Couch was very nice at first, but a little over a year later and it has completely broken down. The foam has all compressed and the springs have given out.

Don’t do it

Bought this in 8 months ago and it’s awful. All the good reviews must be fake because it smelled odd out the box, was hard as a rock (never became soft), and cushions flattened very quickly. The fabric is rough, and for the price, not worth it. I’d rather spend a little more for something that would last longer than a year. The color is also slightly darker in person. I wish I could get my money back.

Don’t buy

Couch was delivered incomplete - missing the arms. I saw this in another review before buying and figured it was a one-off mistake. After I lugged the couch up to my second floor space I found out mine was also missing arms. The light gray color was a little darker in person than in the photos (more of a blue-toned gray than an almost-off-white-gray). The seat part is not very comfortable (kind of firm and feels oddly hollow/springy) and the upholstery feels a little thin - like it would stretch and lose shape with time. On the second call to customer service I was able to get some help. Now I have to store the incomplete couch on my floor for a week until they can send a carrier to pick it up, and then I have to lug it back downstairs to the carrier. Very poor overall experience. Don’t waste your time.

Very easy to ensamble and confortable for my friends to sleep over. I love their navy color.

Just perfect for an office couch

Comfy if you don't mind a firm couch, perfect for my office whenever I need a break to watch tv or lay down. The armrest is not as padded as I would like but with a large pillow, it is not a big deal. I'm 5'4" and laying down is just perfect for me, might be uncomfortable for someone taller.

It arrived quickly, was fairly simple to put together. I love the color and versatility of the couch. The legs on the back seem a bit unsteady but with careful placement seem fine.

Horrible packaging/delivery, mediocre futon

Fairly chintzy for the pricetag. Looks decent but not that well made. My biggest issue however was how it was packaged and shipped. You would assume that Walmart would be smart enough to figure out how to ship this in a thoughtful configuration. Nope. The UPS driver...all 100lbs of her managed to get a battered and ripped box to my sidewalk. I had to open the box in the snow and remove pieces just to struggle them up 8 steps to my porch, then shimmy it into a foyer. What a horrible experience all around. I would have gladly paid for a shipping method that would have delivered this oversized package to my actual porch by people being paid TO deliver an oversized box.

This was a pretty good purchase. Not that difficult to put together (about an hour with me and my husband and we are still married, ha). Its serving the purpose for the playroom which works well for kids...just not the softest-its very firm; but its going to work for what we need it for.

Great, especially for the price!

This couch is beautiful! Putting it together was a little challenging, especially using the little wrench they give you, but not too awful. It's actually pretty comfortable in the sitting position but the reclining angle is awkward and it's not great in the bed position. I didn't buy it for that purpose so I'm not upset, just a heads up. I was surprised at how soft the velvet is and it's such a beautiful color!
