Highly recommend!

Purchased 4 counter height. Delivered the day that was estimated. Packaging protected bar stools really well - heavy corner protectors on all sides to protect the box. Took a bit to get the box open but so worth it to protect the edges. Stool was heavier than I thought, good quality. Decent size top, but less 'seat' than in a traditional chair. Perfect for what I need, but may not be for everyone. They were easy to put together, with everything needed in the package except a phillips screwdriver.

WHAT A DEAL!

VERY sturdy, super quick set-up especially if you have a drill with a phillips-head screwdriver bit. I am THRILLED with these bar stools. Have been looking for counter height stools for nearly a year, and these are much more substantial than I imagined they would be. Nice heavy wood, and the splayed legs provide additional balance to avoid tipping! Comfortable seat, too! HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for this style.

I actually purchased these as "interim bar stools". I had ordered custom made stools from a company just a week prior to covid 19 breakout. Anyway, due to the virus the factory I ordered from shut down and I was left looking for something functional until my custom order was completed. To my surprise I really enjoy these barstools. A lot. Not only are they functional, but quite comfortable. The saddle seat is formed and allows you to sit comfortably for quite a while without feeling like your on an unpadded stool. I highly recommend them, and you can't beat the price. We plan to keep them after our custom order arrives, and use them for additional seating for parties etc.

I love the style of the stools. They came two days after I ordered them. They were relatively easy for my contractor husband put together. I wish they came in a medium brown stain. Personally, I don't find them very comfortable for my old bones, but hoping they work for my grandkids. Time will tell how they hold up under grandchildren use. The last stools I had were cushioned, leather-look, and did not hold up to grandkids.

I purchased eight barstools in black. This model was chosen due to the fact they were a little wider and deeper than most of the other stools of the same style. I was looking for a sturdy wooden stool, and that is what I received as they are substantial and solid feeling. My teen-age son assembled these quickly and with no complaints. So far, all the adults who have tried these report they are comfortable, and none of the grandchildren has tipped one over. I am satisfied with this purchase.
