Soft loft allows one's gluteus to sink to futon wooden frame, so placed it on top of old futon mattress that likely has springs and a harder feel.

Was replacing the old one I had. Not as supportive - we use this as our main couch and this mattress is not as good as the last one we bought

I'm really disappointed I thought that the frame was going to be with it and it's not very disappointed

The futon mattress quality is poor. The description says it ensures a comfortable surface for lounging or sleeping. I can feel the wooden slats of my futon frame while sitting or laying on it. I contacted customer service and explained the inaccurate description and was told “Please be advised that there's nothing incorrect with the description on the website. It is just that we have different references of comfortability”. I have not seen any descriptors for their levels of comfortability. To return it, I would have to pay $* for the return label.

I order the 5 inch to go with the Futon very comfortable for seating and sleeping on. I would order again if needed

Very disappointing.

Absolutely horrible. You can feel all of the metal fouton underneath you, it doesn't keep its shape, and it's very thin. Mind you, this was for my pre teen boys. Very disappointed.

Perfect for my teen's room.

He's been asking for a futon for a while. This is perfect. It is comfortable and high quality. Looks great. He is sleeping well and he can use it as a couch!

This was a nice color but not very supported. Back is very floppy. I will have to add straps for it to stay in position. The shipping was very fast.

Nice futon.

The futon seems pretty sturdy. It was easy to assemble by following the included instructions. Please pay attention to detail when reading the instructions, I had the top placed backwards at first. It was an simple adjustment but cost me a little more time than needed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product

Get a thicker one

Very thin doesn't hold shape well flattened in a few hours
