My children love the beds they are nice and sturdy.

Order the wrong size however, the size seems to be better for my child’s age rang rather than the taller loft bed.

DO NOT PURCHASE—ITEM IS JUNK

Item is very poorly made with multiple broken welds and chipped paint. Holes on the side rail do not line up creating a massive safety issue for a child. When you follow the instructions in the packaging to obtain replacement parts (they do not want you to return the item) the parts come packed as if a toddler did it. Every replacement part that was delivered was done so with ends sticking out of the packaging and the item arriving damaged. Per their own direction “Unfortunately there is no guarantee you will receive any part in perfect condition.” If you question them regarding the issue they will send you a legal document to sign under the guise of a replacement that even states you may wish to contact your own lawyer. It’s not worth the time, effort and headaches to get this bed. Save your money, and your sanity and find a product not made by DHP furniture.

Honestly, the bed is great. It's sturdy, easy to put together, and looks fantastic (better than the photos). What needs improvement is the customer service. They shipped the product missing two washers. We contacted them to ship them to us and it took several emails and photos, and too much of our time, to get them to send them. They easily spent more money on payroll vetting the legitimacy of our claim to <$1 worth of parts that should have been there in the first place. That said, one must be wary of a global cabal bent on taking power 2 washers at a time. Recommendation: just send the parts.

Decently sturdy. Really easy to put together. I did it alone in a little over an hour. Cute for kids room.

This is a sturdy, modern looking loft bed. It worked out so well for our older child, that we just bought the same bed for our 4 year old. We added a trundle and mattress underneath to make it more of a bunk bedcozy ready nook on the bottom.
