I really wanted to like this product but trying to style it similar to the photo shown is difficult. It’s not as expected. However, I’ve received worse items so it wasn’t a total letdown. It just doesn’t have the same shape as product photo and what we were looking for. Still willing to try and adjust it though with the branches.

Perfect faux tree!

Was looking for a realistic looking faux tree that was reasonably priced and I couldn’t be happier! Added a woven basket, secured with brown packing paper, and moss and tada! Very happy! Packaged well. Planning to buy more faux trees from Nearly Natural for other rooms in the house!

Fantastic for office!

I purchased 2 ficus silk trees for my office and I absolutely love them!! I was hesistant to purchase fake trees off the internet, but they are very life like and I highly recommend them! They came packaged very carefully in stiff cardboard and plastic wrap. I was easily able to bend the branches. Excellent quality and very well made. I placed them in dark corners of my office where real plants won't grow. They stand nicely and evenly in my pots that I purchased from Job Lot. They are perfectly balanced on their own. I added Christmas lights from Lowes - 100 count warm color. I had been searching for life like ficus trees and did not want plastic, and they looked nice on the website. I highly recommend Nearly Natural and can't wait to buy more. Thank you.

Really unhappy customer

I have purchased many plants from nearly natural. In my very first order there was a 6 ft silk ficus. This ficus was planted outside along with the other plants that I had ordered. Within 2 weeks the limbs started falling out from the main trunk. I tried pushing the limbs back in but the holes were not deep enough to accomplish this. I called Nearly Natural customer service and because this wasn't within the 30 day refund period I was told they couldn't help me. I asked to speak to a manager as I felt the plant was defective. I was asked to send a picture of the tree which I did. After they receivied the picture I was told that I could return the ficus. I didn't have the original box to return the ficus so I ordered a 6 ft olive tree so that I could get a box big enough to return the ficus, which was fine because I still needed a tree to replace the returned ficus. After doing all of this and repacking the ficus I'm told the tree wasn't an outside tree. Could they maybe have told me this on the very first phone call that I made to the company? This isn't a very nice way to treat a customer that has spent over $1,000.00 in yard plants and indoor plant arrangements. Customer service is everything in the retail world. I know my one complaint may not matter to the company but maybe they'll re-evaluate their treatment of an unhappy customer. Order #416117

Much better quality than more expensive versions

It looks great! Very happy with the purchase and quality. It does have a smell shortly after opening but this quickly goes away. You do need to "fluff" it out and bend the branches so it looks natural. It's a far better version than I've seen locally and half the cost. Planning to get another tree soon.

Lifelike and lovely

Looks amazing right out of the box. Fluff it out a bit and it’s ready. Looks real and fills in the empty corner in my living room entry perfectly. I absolutely love it. Quality is high and the branches look so lifelike. I recommend!!

Love this tree!

Amazing ! I can honestly say I was skeptical ...I mean how good can it look? After looking at artificial trees in other stores, I thought this would be the same. Plastic...awlful cheap imitations. But...to my amazement.....this tree is just so so superior...so full ...so much definition....great coloration... perfect. Shipping and packaging well done, and easy simple to unpack and arrange the branches to your liking. Looks wonderful. Do not hesitate on this one. It will go beyond your expectations.

This is a really realistic

This is a really realistic tree and will go outside some where. I have 4 acres and like to put some reproduction trees and bushes where it is thin. You trees look good because they look like the real deal. I used to do spruce trees about Christmas time buy they are too green to look real. You would think someone would figure that out, but no one that I have bought from. Thanks, Ben Carr

Smelled horrible, wobbly, and wrong dimensions

The tree kept leaning to one side no matter how much I adjusted it... discovered it’s a cheap styrofoam base too weak to hold the weight. It’s crooked, weird plastic smell, my pets and kids felt nauseous around it so had to throw it out because customer service took too long to respond. Never got a refund or replacement. Wasted over $50

it was terrible, I couldn't send it back , it really reminded me of a charlies browns Christmas tree,, terrible, looks nothing like the picture, please don't waste your money like me ;-(

This came very quickly in the mail! I am super happy with the quality and design! It is cute with any decor also I added lights and like magic it set my room With or without lights it is beautiful

I just received this tree and very disappointed. It is a fraction of the what the picture shows. No where near the fullness. About 1/2 the size in fullness.
