The tree arrived with many

The tree arrived with many broken and bent branches. It was so badly damaged, by the time I tried to arrange the branches, it was a mess. I am still waiting to hear from you. I love the look of it, but as I said, half as many branches were broken as remained on the tree.

Tree arrived broken in several places. Very disappointed.

Very pretty but the branches are stiff & brittle and the plant arrived with some branches snapped off, leaving a large gap on one side. I contacted customer support and they replied quickly and offered a replacement but I did not save the box it arrived in and shipping back would be difficult. So if you’re thinking of ordering, keep in mind that the branches are not soft and adjustable and there could be broken branches.

Originally ordered on Feb 20th and received on March 20th. Package was completely damaged . Refused to accept delivery .

5' Bamboo Tree in Black Planter

I purchased this plant because it looks really full and real...when I received it, the box was damaged by shipment and many of the leaves were off and broken branches. It looked nothing like what the photo 📷 shown. I have ordered before and the plants were great....but not this time. The packaging was not great and may have caused the damages to the plant. Not sure if I will order again.

Horrible product

I recieved my plant on 1/23 and it is damaged. I sent 3 emails about this and was assigned a "ticket" (59585) 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. The leaves are most broken off and the planter is damage. I have not heard anything. I want a full refund. I am shocked that it has been a month and I have not had this issue taken care of. Everytime I call the number you have fo customer service no one answers and there is no way to leave a message. VERY dissapointed

The plant looked good from a distance but if you were near it you could tell it was very fake. My plant looked nothing like the picture! The back of most of the leaves faced outward. You could not fix this and you could very much tell where the leaves fit into the stems. It was almost like the whole thing had been assembled wrong and there was no way to fix this. The planter was black but very worn looking. If you look closely at the picture you can see that the planter is not all black. There were plenty of rocks to cover the base. I ended up returning the plant because I wanted something “Nearly Natural” and this wasn’t it!

Big Disappointment

The Nearly Natural website says to make plants look fuller that every branch is 'bendable'. This is Not the case. I broke three branches believing what was in the website instructions for unpacking and creating fullness. there were no wires in any of these broken branches. Also, it looks very cheap because of all the plastic slip--on pieces that were used. This is nowhere near natural looking with all of the obvious plastic. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Quality and shipping issue

This tree and structure not ideal for outside use. Not strong enough to withstand a slight wind without falling over. Both arrived in very tall awkward damaged boxes with broken branches. Hard to create full look as pictured without further damage. After summer season outside, plastic leaves fall off.

I wish it was more lifelike. The shipping really compressed the leaves. Not worth the money.

Not very lush

I can't get it to fluff out as much as the picture. Definitely not as lush, but it will work. The planter and the stones are very good - give it a decent quality look.

Do not waste your money

**updated review! This is a horrible plant. It’s supposed to be okay outside and it’s not. Many of the leaves have come off and it looks awful.

unfortunately when we received the plant we were very disappointed. the photo on your site show a beautiful plant full of leaves this was what we were expecting instead we got a sparse looking plant. also, this plant was purchased to be used outside on our deck which is how your site promo the plant but i dont think it would last more than a month outside. if it wasnt so expensive to return we would have
