[Rewarded Review] Don’t buy online, go in person

We received the wrong tree and then couldn’t return it in store even though it says Michael’s sold it not a third party. The people were very friendly but it was a hassle. We ended up buying one in store and love it!

Poor quality

Such poor quality. Cannot figure out how to return do a loss of our money, for a tree we will never use. Can’t believe Michael’s sold this low level crap. Will not shop here again.

Never Received, tried to call no help, chat 2x, no help, drove to the store no help! On the second chat they pretty much said, can’t help you and gave me $10 to Michael’s which I would preferred nothing as this is a slap in the face.

Not worth it

Very cheap tree. I paid $50 for it at 60% discount definitely not worth it. I hope no one paid full price.

Decent tree for the price I paid. I bought it on sale for half price, definitely would not pay full price for this tree. Measuring from the base the tree stands just under 6 feet, about 5'10". Bending the branches to fluff it up and fill out was pretty easy, but a lot of the metal is rusty straight out of the box. I took the branch closest to each bit of exposed metal and wrapped it around to make it look more natural. Hopefully it holds up for several years and the rust doesn't become a problem.

Reasonable price after discount for the quality

Its nice the size is reasonable but the mechanism to assembly and that disassemble it I think is going to get broke soon

It's okay. A little janky. It was easy to put up and it stands properly. The bristles were a little hard to work with. It wasn't as fluffy as I thought it would be.

I had to return it because it was unusable. The base that holds the tree wouldn't screw together because the pre-drilled holes were not lined up correctly.

I ordered this tree online to be shipped to home. The delivery and packaging was good. The tree itself and description is not accurate. It is shorter than six feet (closer to 5'8") and is very flimsy. The branches are incredibly weak and there are a lot of gaps. However, if you fully decrate the tree, you may not notice how few branches there are. I give it three stars because this tree is cheap and you get what you pay for, it is a pretty cheap tree.

The product was not 5’ tall as described and looks nothing like the picture. Branches were falling off immediately. If it weren’t for a good price I would have returned.

If you're looking for a narrow tree for a small space, this one is ok. It's decently filled out. The height measurement comes from one tall stem on the top. The metal of the tree limbs is not covered by green at the base and the base is small. I returned mine because one of the higher branches was a plain wire sticking out with no needles on it and because I was looking for a wider tree. The tree drops a lot of the fake needles.

It never looked like a tree!!

I worked on the tree for over two hours and then my adult son tried to make it look like a tree. It never got better than a bonsai! Unfortunately I had to throw it away as it was so abysmal.

Its ok. Not 7ft

7ft tree is not 7 ft. More like 6 feet. And even after fluffing there are noticeable gaps in tree. I needed something last minute so im not too angry but expected a little fuller tree.

Not entirely as expected

The tree looks fine for what it cost, but it arrived damaged slightly, a couple of the shoots from the branches came off, and the tree is actually 7.5 ft. one of the reasons I bought this is because it was advertised as 8 ft, and that would have been the perfect height for how tall my ceiling is. It's not a huge issue, but this needs to be advertised for it's actual height.

DOESN'T LOOK REAL AT ALL!!!! ITS A VERY SAD TREE

you are not going to fool anyone into thinking this is real! this is the saddest looking artificial tree I have ever seen......it is not as full as the image shows and the metal is completely exposed as you get closer to trunk...I tried to hide them by bending part of the branch backwards, didn't help.....they say any tree is beautiful once decorated, but this poor thing is going to need a lot of help! maybe on a porch it might be OK, but says indoor use only......i wouldn't normally return an item like this, but I haven't got the time or energy to make it look "real".....

I was happy with this purcase. After many years of a pre-lit tree, I got tired of replacing lights. This tree solved that problem and looks good. I now sting the lights.

Utter, Utter Crap

Unbelievable. It's like the Chinese said to themselves, "Let's see if we can make a product so crappy that even the Americans won't buy it." Well this one won't.
