We are extremely happy with our new bamboo tree!
After looking around for a large tree for our condo we finally came up Nearly Natural trees. We needed a tree for a specific corner in our condo and were so pleased when the tree arrived. It is so perfect and looks amazing.

Nice But Pic is Deceiving
Rating would have been a 5 but Pic showing where branches start is deceiving. I also emailed company and they told me they start 18-24 inches from bottom. In reality, the lowest branches start at 30 inches from bottom. Otherwise tree is very nice.

WRONG, DAMAGED ORDER
It has been 48 hours since I contacted customer service, I sent message through their page, and also sent email explaining that I received the slim size bamboo tree. I ordered the biggie 45" inches wide. To make matters worse it looks nothing like in the picture, it is not full of leaves a lot less branches than what's shown here. Most of my branches are also missing leaves. So disappointed since this is a pricy item and I really wanted to give them a chance. I was also wanting to buy the orchids from their page, what an honest shame. I wish this could let me post pictures.

Bamboo silk tree
It basically looks like the picture except the trunks are much thinner than represented in the picture. When the tall box arrived, it had branches sticking out the top, and those leaves are still bent.

Just as pictured
Perfect, I bought 6 of them to use as a "wall" on each side of my deck. They are working out perfectly. They are nice and full and tall. The only downfall is they come in this tiny black plastic pot that doesn't have much support. I will need to put them in something taller with more weight to keep them from falling over.

I am so happy that I took a chance and ordered this item. I read the great reviews online and WOW am I impressed. I am a snob when it comes to "silk" plants. Most look really cheap. This one is made right....except I broke off one of the big trunk stems taking it out of the box. oops...
It came as billed. Very full. Will probably want at decorative pot for it.
