Not a full, plush tree

I anticipated a tree that was full, but this was thin & completely see through in completely bare areas.

Breaks ornaments

It was pretty but the needles were so long a slippery that the ornaments kept falling off and on to the floor. I lost two of my favorite ornaments they broke to the floor.

Bought this before Christmas 2023. We put it up immediately. It is still up, January 4. It was pretty easy, similar to our old tree. I really like the long needles (although there are some short less visible needles that help "fill" up spaces). And the color of the needles is good, a darker green. It took some fluffing out to distract from the "holes ". The visible holes are disappointing. But with ornaments on and lights on, it is great. Happy to have LED lights for the environment and hopefully to last a very long time. Our old tree's lights only lasted 7 years. These lights seem warm to me, golden,not the white that I associate with LEDs. So that was a big relief. And there are plenty of lights. I did a lot of online research, but actually went to HD to look as well. This tree was not on the floor, but the clerk there was very helpful. He found this online and placed the order for me. Encouraged me to ship to the store, in case of bad weather (snow). He told me I could return it to any HD store if there was a problem. This really clearly clinched the sale for me. Took a lot of the worry, risk out of my decision.

Not always a Walmart product

Although it is not entirely Walmart's fault. I would have to say that any future purchases will be reconsidered. I ordered this tree as my dream tree. I was leery of pre-lit trees. If the lights don't work the tree is useless. When it arrived, I noticed that the box had been busted open and retaped in several places. The entire side of the box was retaped. As I started to put the tree together, all my nightmares came true. I noticed that the ONE AND ONLY wire that connects the lights was MISSING. I then contacted Walmart to find out what to do. They informed me that they will send my complaint on to the company OJ Commerce. The next day I received a phone call from the company. All they could offer was 1. A refund of $52.09 off my $300 price of the tree or 2. they would send me a shipping label to send the tree back. All I wanted was the wire so I could connect the lights. OJ Commerce refused to just send me a wire. The end result is I took the discounted price and now I am taking the 3 sets of light OFF my NEW PRE-LIT tree.

Very nice tree but to big and heavy for me to handle.

Poor quality for price

This tree is not nearly as full as the picture. It has so many holes and looks very bare.

The pictures looks like it is a nice full tree. Great photoshop job. This tree looks like a Charlie Brown tree. Please don’t waste your money on it . This is a picture after every branch has been fluffed.

This tree is not at all as advertised. The picture shows a full tree, the reality is more of a Charlie brown tree that we can see straight through even fully fluffed out and decorated. I would have returned it if it hadn't already been too close to Christmas to get another.

Not as pictured

I was so excited to buy this tree based upon the pictures. It showed up in a ripped box with the tree sticking out of the bottom. When we started putting the ornaments on the branches are so weak they droop with even the lightest of ornaments on them. We held out hope that maybe once the ornaments were on and the lights plugged in it would look full. For the size of tree it is, there also needs to be more lights. Even with spreading branches the tree has gaps and does not look full at all. For the price it was not worth it.

Quality of product

This is a beautiful tree. I just wish that it had a plug at the top for plugging in a star.

Realistic and easy!!!

Not as Shown

It's not exactly as shown on the web site. The middle of the tree is filled with regular pine tree branches instead of the Scotch pine ones. The bottom of the tree is sparse. Given what I know now, I would not have bought this tree.
