NOT merry and bright

This tree will be tossed after this Christmas, and we will NEVER buy a tree from this site again. It's a HUGE waste of money. The instructions were, at best, cryptic. We were told to look for part #'s that were never there on the tree sections. The three important screw pins to lock the base in solid were literally lying loose in the box. (That was, of course, after we struggled to figure out which part of the tree actually WAS the bottom.) When we finally figured it all out and got it together and then went to fluff/realign branches, the lights kept going out. It's REALLY a shoddy tree; NOT worth the substantial amount we paid for it. We only hope it'll hold the ornaments we put on it tomorrow. So disappointed in this.

Not impressed

We spent a lot of money on this tree. It arrived with the box badly damaged. It looked like somebody had opened it and re-taped it shut. When we pulled it out of the box, one branch just fell off. I grabbed a twist tie and fastened it back on.We got the sections together and two more branches broke while we were fluffing it. There were no instructions and the light cords were not labeled so we struggled to get the light strings connected. After what seemed like forever, we got the lights lit. We got more flocking on ourselves then is on the tree. It looks alright, minus the two broken branches. Would not buy again.
