Very poor quality

This olive tree looks nice from a distance but up close you can clearly see the branches are pasted together with some sort of different color putty, and the top of each branch is just chopped straight off, and a little plastic stem comes out of it. Because of how few branches there are, this is all very noticeable and the makes it look very cheap. Not thee quality I expected from this company. I am returning it.

The tree is a good value but I wish it was slightly fuller and wider. It looks a little wimpy in my space. I’m still happy though because it was a great price.

Terrible customer service for a damaged product!

I have yet to hear back from customer service on the damaged olive tree that I received! I’ve contacted by email with photos 3 times! The container came damaged as well as the tree not looking as pictured at all!

This tree is perfect behind my couch to fill a corner. It is exactly as shown and very realistic. I will definitely be ordering more items. Arrived quickly and safely packaged.

Product arrived damaged

After reading the reviews I decided to buy. It arrived pretty fast but I was disappointed when I removed it from the box and the plastic that it snapped in two ! I reached out to customer service same day phone call and email and haven’t heard back. Have a ticker number etc even emailed photos . But still no luck.

Tree Broken / Bad Customer Service

I was so excited to get this tree and unfortunately it arrived broken. I’ve reached out for help with a return/replacement and after multiple emails to customer service, daily calls the their CS line with no return calls back to help address my issue, I’m now over a week since reaching out for help without any reply back. I still have a broken tree and haven’t heard from nearly natural. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service.

Customer Service Is Terrible

My olive tree arrived broken and I reached out to their customer service to request a return. One month, two emails and a phone call later, I’m STILL waiting on the return label. And of course, they won’t refund you until 3-4 weeks AFTER they receive your return. Extremely frustrating.

This tree was life like. Unfortunately the base was damaged in shipping. Overstock handled the claim promptly and refunded my account. The tree sadly was out of stock.

Not even close to the photos!

Came in broken in half. The packaging was really weak. Other than that it looks good. The olives are adorable. I hope to get a replacement soon.
