Awful product

This product is cheap and tacky looking. Nothing I would put in my home. Product was not inexpensive either.

Nice, but appears smaller in person

While the plant arrived in good condition and it does look nice, it appears much smaller in person than depicted and this was a bit disappointing-especially for the price. This was too small for what I had in mind, so I bought a replacement at HomeGoods for a much better price.

Areca Palm in Bamboo Vase Disappointment

Palm missing one of the “branches” which appeared to be plastic, and not silk. The bamboo vase looks miniature, not proportional to actual plant. Photo online not a good representation of actual palm.

first I'd like to say that I blame Walmart just as much as the manufacturers of a lot of products that are very cheaply made very poor quality and way overpriced.

Very small-not as full as pictured

This is in no way near as full at the picture-very small actually. I bought for outdoors and I was very disappointed as the leaves fall off the stems very easily also. Not worth the cost of the plant-

Realistic Decor

I got the height I really wanted by placing it on the end table and it filled up the empty corner perfectly. It is a great decor in the big city where skyscrapers surround my studio and limited sunlight. Plus it is light and can easily be moved around. I may get another one for the other side of the room. Thanx Walmart

Refund Trouble. Small but Pretty.

These were beautiful but smaller than I had hoped. They would be good for a different use but did not fit for what I was trying to do. I returned both of them but was only refunded the money for one. Still trying to get my other $56 back.

The advertisement for this product makes it look bigger than it actually is; it's very, very small, and very light. It tips over easily and trying to spread out the leaves is a task. It does look nice once you get it situated but it is definitely way overpriced for being the size it is.

Just terrible! Broken branch as well smashed into a box labeled toilet brush. Does not appear even half as nice on the website. Vase is just okay. Sending it back - waste of time and money.

Horrible

First the Areca Palm looked FAKE no representation of a silk plant more like hard plastic. Upon receiving it I immediately requested a return label. I have requested more than a dozen times and it all goes non responsive. I have sent so many emails for the return label that I feel like I am begging for it. My concern is also if and when I do receive a return label, what is the likelihood of me receiving my refund. No professionalism represented thus far so I am definitely skeptical. I bought two plants, kept one thou had I seen it before my employee did, who determined that it was ok to keep, I would have return that one as well. I just visited my office this weekend and saw it looked just as fake. I was buying the silk plants for the office because all the females who would care for the real plants, are now working at home; and the men in my office would not remember to care for live plants. It’s been extremely frustrating dealing with this company when all I get is sales emails and zero response to my request for a return label. These plants are not cheap. I will absolutely not be working with this company ever again. I am about to outfit about 300 offices and was looking for a vendor to supply the silk plants, based on current non-service after the sale from this company, I won’t be using them. Right now just hoping I can get a return label and my refund.

Almost Five Stars

This is exactly as shown. Very pretty and natural looking, once the leaves are opened, which is easy to do. The vase is pretty and tropical but the problem for me is the weight of it; it's so lightweight that it doesn't stand up on my carpeting. It does look so nice; I will try to find something flat that doesn't show, to put under it.

You Have Got to be Kidding

This is the absolute worst plant! The seller should be ashamed. Received about 7 or 8 palm fronds in a pot that had no weight to it. It looks like a Dollar Tree purchase. It was not worth even $8.00

I'm very pleased with this plant. It really freshens up my patio. The only negative I can say is that it's a little top-heavy - it blows over at times because the bottom basket area is very lightweight. I set it inside a larger pot and solved the problem.
