Absolutely gorgeous floral paper.

Not ideal for 9’ ceilings

I was so excited to hang this paper in my half bath downstairs because it already matched the color of the bathroom and the decor perfectly. My ceilings at 8’ 9” so with the roll being 18’ I figured I would get 2 full strips out of the roll. Well the patterned wasted just about 12 inches to get each roll to match. I followed the instructions to precut the strips to wall height while accounting for a few extra inches. Since my walls are just a few inches shy of 9’, I cut the roll in half. Now I knew this would be a close to fitting since they directed to leave a FEW inches to account for space to match up, but ending up with 12” wasted paper is excessive in my opinion. There is no doubt this would work better on 8’ ceilings. I just wish the directions were broken down into ceiling heights. Since I lost 12” to get them to match up, the second sheet was now an about inches short. I started this project knowing I would need another roll of paper, but was so excited to start that I ordered the 2nd roll and went ahead and got started. Now I’m wondering if I should have ordered 2 more considering the wasted amount of paper. Not ideal for a budget friendly update option if you have almost 9’ ceilings like me.

We are in the process of upgrading our teen daughter’s room from “kid” to “grown up” and she wanted some different furniture and accent pieces. I scored this white shelf on clearance and knew it would fit what she was looking for, but thought it was a little bland. Roommates Wallpaper to the rescue! The pretty pink floral is her absolute favorite color and the design adds just the right amount of style. Since the shelf unit was new, applying the wallpaper pieces before assembly was so quick and easy and the results are look so professional. She couldn’t wait to style her new storage with some of her favorite things! The best part is that I still have enough wallpaper left on the roll to upcycle a few more smaller desk accessories to match once we get all of her new furniture in.
