In LOVE with my new rug

We just moved into our new home and my rug is our newest addition. It is seriously perfect!!! Love the quality and I get so many compliments on it. Everyone that comes to my home has commented on how beautiful it is. It is so easy to clean as well!

Constant Moving

I have had the mat and the rug for several months in my kitchen. The mat constantly moves as does the rug...I can't tell you how many time I fix it in a day! The idea was great but the gel corners don't stick that well...Gel pro even sent me more of the rounds stickies and it still moves. Gelpro needs to come up with something better for their mats and rugs to stay in place.

Disappointed

We’ve been very disappointed in both the gel mat and the rug we ordered to go over it. Even with the grips, the gel mat slides around underneath the rug. The rug stains easily and even after washed following the directions, it never looked good again. The rug never laid well over the gel mat and looks funny because it doesn’t relax over the sides of the mat. I never leave poor reviews, but this mat and rug was much too expensive to have such a bad experience.

Thin, didn’t wash well.

I love to have this looked at I first got it. We have it by our back door, because we need something washable for when we come into the house. The rug is extremely thin. I washed it one time, following all of the instructions, And the top layer seems to have separated from Underneath. It’s wrinkly and bunched and didn’t even wash well. I purchased from this company before, and this is not what I was expecting at all.

Superior in Everyway

The quality and design of your product are superior in everyway! I want them as secure floor covering that is also safer for a senior who shuffles! Please advertise in AARP. Seriously I am very pleased and am ready to order more designs for other areas for my safety and comfort.

Wish I had not bought these.

Nice looking rug, but the sticky corners only work until they don't. with the rug only sticking down on the corners for about 2.5", it's very easy to catch toes under the rug on the sides and peel it up. Even sticking the rug to a clean floor, eventually the corners peel up because crap works it's way under the sticky surface, or the sticky surface detaches.

Wow! Amazing rugs!

I am a HUGE fan of GelPro Nevermove rugs. I found my first one at Home Goods and I’ve added four more since. They work just as promised - never move - they’re easy to vacuum, and if the gel pad gets weak, all I do is rinse, let dry, and reapply. They work like magic! Their online customer service is excellent - actual people respond to emails! Amazing product and company!

Disappointing

I bought this rug because I thought it would nicely cover my existing GelPro Mat, it didn't . It was not as wide and I don't like the sticky part that's suppose to make it not slide. It's thin and of no use to me. It looks great but I would much rather have had another gel pro mat with this design.

I LOVE the colors in this rug!

I have hickory flooring and dark grey furniture. This rug works great bringing the colors together. Using in my kitchen and hall. Hoping to find a size for my family room. Nice to know they are washable and can be used for high traffic areas.

I love my rugs and best customer service ever!

I got the Taryn in Wildberry in both sizes. I have had them for a year now, and they still look great and have held up well. I have only had to wash them once since I have gotten them. The pattern is great at hiding stains. I had a slight issue when I washed them, and reached out to customer service. They responded within five minutes to my email, asked a couple of questions and resolved the issue immediately. I have never had such great customer service in my life! I will definitely buy another set of rugs from them when these need to be replaced, and will tell everyone I know what a great company they are to work with. Highly recommend the company and the rugs.

Ruined My Floor

The backing, not the gel corners, stuck to my tile so badly that we're going to have to sand it off and reseal the tile. Dirt and debris were collecting under the rug so I picked it up to sweep what was underneath. Every single little rubber dot stuck and then dirt got stuck on the residual adhesive. The cleaners I've tried so far have not taken off the adhesive. I'm so angry about this!

Nevermove Rug name is a joke!

I received two of these rugs - the under mat constantly shifted and moved out from under the rug. GelPro provided extra jelly grippers at no charge but the jelly grippers while they adhered very securely to my flooring (LVP flooring) they did not adhere at all to the rough underside of the comfort mat so they did no good in securing the mat. The mat moved from under the carpet and not only looked unsightly to have a brown mat sticking out it also caused a tripping hazard. GelPro Mats are a good product and the company stands behind its products and has excellent customer service however this "Nevermove" rug needs to go back to the drawing board! And definitely needs a name change.

Mom loves that they don't move!

I purchased the Mia Persian Rug in both sizes and gave them to my mom for her birthday. She absolutely loved them! She was thrilled with the color/design, and that they are easily cleaned in the washing machine. (She has two dogs, so that is important!) I also showed her the gellygrippers that come with it to keep the rugs in place. She called me and said they work perfectly! The dogs no longer move the rugs when they are running around the house. My mom wants to know if you will make them in larger sizes! I think she is hooked!

Awesome rug

I love this rug. The colors are beautiful and the pattern is chic and classic. I also really love the Gellygrippers. I don’t use the comfort pad so the grippers have full contact with my tile floor and they work perfectly. The rugs do not budge. They’re also pretty comfortable, even without the comfort pad.

Had potential!

Was super excited to use this rug in my new home, finally started using it a couple months ago and it has 2 major flaws: the comfort mat never stays put and looks terrible because of that issue, the jelly grippers aren’t working. Secondly, the rug fades the second you start using it, while the color can be brought back to life after every wash, it fades again within an hour of walking on it and ends up looking faded and cheap :(

Onyx Matt w/grippers

A much needed addition to the, often times, slippery cushioned mats. I read all the reviews and I was skeptical the “grippers” were actually gonna work. Well, they DO work and my kitchen mats have stayed in place! No more aggravations! The grippers adhere nice and tight to the floor even after a number of re-applications. The rug offers a nice, cozy alternative to cushioned mats. Very happy I discovered these in a GMA Steals and Deals segment.

Love the look!

I purchased the Ergo comfort rug for my kitchen and thought it would be great. However, I could not keep the rug from moving around the cushioned mat and the mat wouldn't stay put on the floor even though I had four sticky discs at each corner to hold it in place. I was literally having to move the rug and mat every few days to get it back where I wanted it. It's too bad because I really thought I had purchased the best of both worlds...a comfortable gel mat with a washable rug on top. If the company can come up with a better "system" of keeping the mats in place, I would be willing to give them another try.

Good but does not lie flat

The rug is comfortable to stand on, but the ends curl up and don't lie flat, and as a result I have tripped over it several times. I called the company to get some advice on how to get it to lie flat. They took my information and asked me for extensive feedback, including photos and information about the manufacture date, which I provided. But they never got back to me -- it has been two weeks. I like the idea of the combination of a washable rug and the comfort pad, but if it won't relax and lie flat, it's going to be a hazard.

Love the comfort & rug color, not the edge

I purchased two Ergo Comfort Rug + Mat - Wheaton 24 x 34 in the color of Grey Seal. They arrived a day earlier than expected (Yay!), and I absolutely love the feel of the GelPro mat. I chose the color to blend in with my decor, and while the rug color is great, I was disappointed in the color of the edge. It is very light tan on a dark grey mat. I was surprised that I missed that detail on the website picture. I looked at the website, and it appears to be grey. We tried getting used to it, and we just cannot; this is the reason for 3 stars and not 5. Now I don't know what to do about it. I would recommend GelPro, but not this rug color.

Excellent addition to the kitchen

We put this in a tricky spot of our kitchen near the door to the back porch. Prior to this rug we had trouble getting anything to stay in place here due to both human and dog traffic in and out. This rug however has been staying in place without any adjustments on our part which has been great. The pattern is also very nice and matches our hardwood and white cabinets. Overall very happy with the entire package.
