excellent product!

ordered this for my husband for our holiday housee. it came pretty much ready to go, easy to put up on the walls. he's really enjoying it and thinks it's worth it compared to pricier systems. he likes that the tool cabinets have wheels, makes moving them easy. i'm just glad it looks good and gives the home a cool look.

Poor Customer Service

Horrible experience. I Received my initial shipment April 25th, 2023. One of the tall cabinets had clear damage on it, the frame that the door sets in was bent, the paint of the front of the cabinet was chipped and the doors would not close. I refused the shipment. New Age told me to accept the shipment and they would work with me to rectify the situation. Three days later, May 28th, they offered me a $175.00 dollar credit on a damaged cabinet that will not close. WTH?!! My reply was, no absolutely not. I ordered new cabinets; I expect a new cabinet. May 31st, they emailed me and asked if I would accept a replacement door for the damaged locker!! HELLLO! No, I expect a new locker that is not damaged!! Well, they finally agreed to ship me a replacement locker. GUESS WHAT? The replacement locker arrived yesterday, May 15th, 2023, damaged, worse than the first one! I can't make this stuff up!! Three weeks after initial shipment received and still don't have a complete, undamaged, cabinet set, and received two damaged cabinets. Stay away from New Age Products. Their customer service is less than stellar.

7piece new age cabinets for the garage

i like the set however when you buy the 7 piece set with the 48 in bamboo top you would of expected the counter height to match on both 1/2 height cabinets, instead of a quarter inch shorter than the other. doesn't allow for a sturdy support for the counter top ,i understand the one cab is on rollers for mobility but still they should match height for level counter top. but thanks for a job well done

Great Product

First, I think they do a great job with packaging. This arrived in 2 large boxes, 2 smaller boxes, and the top. With the way it was packaged....no damage.

Great product that could be even better

Great product. Easy to install. Would love to have more flush bolts and nuts so they don't stick so far into the inside of the storage areas. Having a hard time getting one of the tall cabinet doors aligned just right. Overall, really happy and impressed how much fits into these. Casters are great and lock easily, height of base cabinets are easily adjustable. I needed a little more than 2" on the front because, just as many other garages, I have a concrete "lip"at the base. This forces me to not mount them flush on the wall unless I sit them on top of the lip. The lip is about 2.75"-3" so I needed to support the front legs to make the cabinets flush.

Exactly as described!

Very impressed with the entire product. It was delivered, packaged, & it assembled and appears exactly as the marketing said it would. Hard to find these days. I was considering upgrading level, but went with the Bold and I’m happy I did. It fits my needs perfectly. Quality throughout, and it really makes my garage pop. Now I just have to fill up all the cabinets and drawers. I honestly would have paid much, much more for this and still been thrilled.

Exactly what I needed

After 1.5 years, I can confidently say this is a great product! It is well built and designed. There was good documentation on assembling each piece but nothing on how to assemble the pieces together; however, that was straightforward. I only had two minor issues with the design: you can't put a cabinet shelf near where the shelf connects, and there is no good way to get power inside the unit. I opted for the slat wall and accessories, and I am glad I did; I have my most common tools readily at hand. I also purchased the light kit, but I don't use it much because my garage has good lighting.

Finally organized!

I strongly suggest purchasing the white glove delivery service. The truck came all the way to my garage doors (I have a very long driveway); they placed the items in the garage as closely to the wall I'd use as possible, unpacked everything, inspected items, and hauled away all the trash (so much trash). Everything is packaged very well. I'm a petite woman & me & my teenage son was able to install all items in garage properly in less than 3 hours. Another couple of hours & I have everything perfectly organized. I'm so glad I bought this set. I also purchased the power strip...worked like a charm. There's enough room behind base cabinet to plug in powerstrip & run the wires behind the cabinet out of site. The power strip came with all the brackets you need to easily mount, keeping everything looking very clean & neat. My only advice is to measure your space & order only the pieces you have room for. Mine worked out perfectly! Very happy!

Solid storage and overall good quality

Product was delivered earlier this month -- 3 boxes on one pallet, firmly strapped together. Lots of packing material. No shipping damage. Assembly was relatively easy -- even came with a "homemade" cardboard cutting tool -- a 3" razor taped on one end with a magnet under the tape. Only problem so far is that lower edge of the small cabinet doors is rough aluminum. I filed off the shreds and put a piece of tape over the lower corner. WIth magnets on both top and bottom of door I should be pulling from the middle of the door to open it anyway so no longer a problem. My wife is a neat freak and wants everything out of sight. These cabinets and their doors made her happy. Delivery driver was very pleasant and even put the pallet in the garage for me (30' from curb).

Great addition to garage

Bought this in red directly from New Age and is exactly what I expected. Quality is very good as well as fit and finish. Customer service is excellent. One of the cabinets unfortunately had some damage to the top rear. They offered me a number of free accessories in lieu of going through a return and new unit. The damage has been repaired enough to be hidden behind the adjoining upper cabinet and all works perfectly. These are really good cabinets to have if you want to organize your garage work area.

Nice set up

I purchased the 3.0 system. Unfortunately one of the cabinets was damaged and I couldn’t get the chest out from inside. The damage was to the left door, it was jammed at the top and wouldn’t open, there also was damage along the left side of the cabinet.

Perfect Garage Organizer

I needed some cabinets to help organize my garage, and this 7 piece red set turned out to be the perfect solution. It's big enough to get everything off the floor, makes the garage look cleaner, looks great, but not too big and overwhelming. Also, the quality of the cabinets make the price palpable, as they should last many years.

I’m so glad I bought this set; I’d been researching for months on what type of cabinets/size I wanted for my garage (new home). After getting the floor epoxied and walls painted white, I needed something that would look sharp, contemporary/modern, and be functional without busting the wallet.

Beautiful cabinets, but..

My husband bought the charcoal grey set a few months ago and I knew I wanted a set of my own. I went with the platinum color in the same gauge as my husband’s charcoal cabinets. The only thing I’m disappointed with is that my set came with several tiny dents which are very visible due to the glossy finish on the cabinet doors. Even though both sets are the same gauge, the matte finish of the charcoal cabinets hides any imperfections. That being said, I love my cabinets and plan on buying expansion pieces. The overall quality and craftsmanship is exceptional and NewAge’s customer service is outstanding.

Great Product... HOWEVER!

I bought this product after a month of research and questions. The support staff was awesome in getting answers to all my questions. When I ordered it was easy to make my choices of accessories for my unit. The shipping company and driver were fantastic. They called ahead of time and scheduled a delivery date. The driver was a pro and was able to maneuver my 800 foot driveway. The pallet was unloaded right into my garage. Everything was packaged great and damage free. Assembly was quick and easy.

Very pleased

Received order within 2 weeks. Packaged very well. Easy to assemble with extra hardware. Quality paint. We ordered the Bold series for garage walls that didn’t allow the depth of the Pro series cabinets. They are considerably lighter weight than the Pro, but they look fantastic and will function well for years to come. Loving our updated and organized garage. Very pleased with our choice of cabinets. One small complaint...the hooks for the slat wall tend to fall out easily when I take the hanging item off the hook. Seems like they should stay in place better.

Excellent quality, service, and value.

Just finished the installation of my system. I was expecting 3 weeks of wait, as their website said... but got it in ONE. Pleasantly surprised. The system was extremely well packaged, so zero shipping damage. Instructions are superbly written, so that shouldn't be an issue to any owner. Having said that, proper installation requires tools that you should already have, like a stud finder, a level, and a drill. If not familiar with bolting something to studs, better get some help so it's done right. Anyway, best value for your money by far. Had an issue with the large locking doors, so had a chance to try their customer service first hand... and it's fantastic. Can't recommend this brand enough. Very happy customer.
