Not happy

This awning is nice looking but the problem I have with it is. The retractable awning part comes in 2 pieces. It sags in the middle where the 2 pieces meet. Therefore it makes it hard to roll the awning in or out because it gets caught due to sagging on the middle bracket. Maybe if there was another piece on the bracket to hold it up it might be better. I would not but this again.

Disappointing

Ordered 3, received 1, my replacement request rejected, my refund request refused and after installation of the only one I received, it’s low quality, malfunctions and is already falling apart. So disappointing

The directions were so terrible may have been the wrong direction. One part was not even on the direction.

Not impressed

This awning was missing parts and a rubber spline was so dry it snapped when trying to use it. Two screws to attach the awning arm were to short and the company can't replace them. They other parts were replaced quickly and customer service is very attentive. However what should have taken a day is now going on three weeks.

We hired someone to put it together and there were several missing pieces.

This is made terribly and it comes completely unassembled would not recommend

Instructions are absolutely horrible! By far the most foreign product I have ever purchased… this whole thing is a train wreck. Do not recommend

Just what I wanted. Looks good. Mounted in about the time I expected. Hardware was all here. Works well. I think we will enjoy this over our deck.

Nice awning

Nice awning, especially for the price, but it was a couple of hours to install as well as purchasing some heavier duty brackets. We hung on brick, so we wanted to be careful with the security of it. Overall, would recommend!

this product is a very good product very good made it comes with instructions and they're very easy if you follow the instructions to build it it's durable material very solid steel beam I give it a five stars

what a nightmare assembling and adjusting

It needed quite a bit of assembly, a critical part was incorrect and I had to go to ***** to find a replacement part to improvise and the directions were poor. I would not recommend this for the average do it yourself homeowner install. And if I would guess to pay somebody it would over double the price. I would want at least $*** to assemble and install. Best case It is half a day for 2 men. Not counting the trip to *****. But I do like the unit

Keeping an open mind.

The product looks like it will suit my needs well. Have to get fasteners to adapt to siding so haven't installed yet. Repeatingly watching install video to be sure to understand the written instructions (fabric guide assembly not incorporated in the brochure). It is a separate sheet of paper. There was a bug infestation in the roller and folds of the fabric awning but handled alright.

It took hours for me to put together

Perfect for our deck! We chose this instead of an umbrella. We just have to real it in when bad weather comes rather than take our umbrella down and bring it inside. It’s very pretty and keeps shade on our deck and patio set

Difficult assemble

It wss difficult to assemble, and some of the piece didn't fit correctly. But finally was able to get them into place.
