Purchased this cooler in May 2022 and the fan malfunctioned in less than 18 months. Manufacturer agreed to replace the fan and took 2 months to get me the new fan which I had dismantle the cooler to install. It is now a week later and the new fan is malfunctioning. poor product, poor customer service not acceptable that a product like this only lasts 18 months.

UPDATE stopped working 6 months after the 3 yr extended warranty expired. Very disappointed. Just purchased a new one, different brand, for less money, has better reviews, hopefully I will get more out of the new one. Seems that most of these don’t seem to last, sadly. They work for few years and then just stop. I’ve never had an issue with Wayfair, this is just a poor product, in my opinion, it should last longer than 3.5 years.

This wine cooler lasted 4 years with no problem, then 2 days before Christmas, it died with blinking lights and constant beeping. The company was excellent! With the 5 yr warranty, they reimbursed us fairly quickly. They handled it so well, well buy another NewAir! I gave it 4 stars because it lasted 4 years with no issues and the company stood by their product.

This fridge is a DREAM. I wasn't sure I needed a wine fridge but decided to finally get one. It is very quiet and works impressively well. My only critiques are the shelves don't slide very neatly, and the slats in the shelves don't always work right with the shape of even standard bottles. That said, it's still definitely possible to fit a good amount of wine through some creativity (though you might not always be able to see the label on all bottles, as some need to go deeper back on the shelf if you're trying to maximize capacity). The dual zone works great and brings my bottles to perfect temperature very quickly. I personally do not over-fill the shelves unless I am hosting a party and need more of a stock on hand, so it works great for me having about 8-12 bottles of red in the bottom zone at a time and maybe 6-8 bottles of white/sparkling in the top zone. I love that the zones can adjust the temperature to preference and especially that the white is smaller than the red--I personally drink and store far more red for longer periods of time than I do the white, and I specifically sought a fridge that had this arrangement.

UPDATE to my original review. I would NOT recommend purchasing this wine cooler. Although I liked the looks etc. as mentioned below, it suddenly stopped cooling. Still is running, lights work etc. but doesnt cool. After a couple of weeks of back forth on email with the company, they determined the compressor must be bad. They only cover it with a warranty for one year. So this was a VERY pricey, VERY short lived cooler. Not at all worth the money for the extremely short time frame it actually worked. Super disappointed with this brand and now have to go buy another wine cooler....from a different brand.

I was looking for a compact wine fridge to fit the space where there was a trash compactor. This New air fit perfectly, had nice 'blue' light options that were pretty but I would argue that it fits 29 bottles. Realistically on the 5 shelves, it fits 15 bottles comfortably. In order to fit more, you have to jam them in on top of each other and makes pulling the trays out for access very difficult. The temp settings were confusing as well with dual zones for red or white but really, its all the same temp. Instructions were not very clear and even a call to a rep, he had to put me on hold to get some of my questions answered. All in all its fine if you have limited space options for other fridges. It looks nice, seemingly does the trick but I would def alter the description of 29 bottles...Thats just not possible.

Didn't meet expectations but meets are needs. Why. 1. Unless you count some small bottles/cans... I've tried several confirmations of full-size wine bottles and top out at about 20, 4 per shelf avg. 2. Unit we received had defective thermostat -- that is temps in case didn't match settings when checked with the other frig thermometers we have to check other cooling equipment. Top section set at 40 cooled to 45. Bottom also ran warmer than setting. (New Air sent a new sensor so corrected). . 3. There is some noise when the compressor is running but not bad. If we had it to do over again we probably would have ordered a single zone unit as it seems the top and bottom sections are challenged to have different temps consistently.

Yes, NewAir needs to update the description to reflect "21 Bottles" as there is no way 29 bottles will fit inside. We currently have 21 bottles stored inside and installed the unit into the area of where we had our old GE Trash Compactor. The wood shelves are very lightweight, easy to move in/out of fixed shelving and, seem sturdy enough to hold four/five bottles each. Installed one week ago and from the moment the dual temperatures reached the settings (40/50 degrees), the temperatures have maintained constant even after the door has been opened multiple times. The design and quality are nice and, the option to turn on the blue light inside is a nice feature. We gave the Energy efficiency rating "Good" since the fan runs almost nonstop Because of this, we do not think it is very quiet yet, we also keep a quiet household, with no televisions or radio/music playing throughout the day. We watched this model, the reviews and waited nine months before purchasing. So glad we did and highly recommend! Also, we purchased the three year protection plan for $90, for added peace of mind.

Unfortunately, Im not impressed with this wine fridge. Ive only had it for a few days but for the money I expected a better packaged, more appealing unit. Although I was home, the package was left in front of my garage. No one rings doorbells anymore. When I first saw the box I was disappointed to see the condition. It looked like trash!!!!I EVERY part of the package was falling apart. The box was heavy and I am recovering from an arm injury so I had to wait for someone to bring it in the house. As I was setting the fridge up a black plastic piece that sits on top of the door fell into its opening and I was unable to retrieve it from its tiny hole. A bigger black rubber part fell out of the fridge when I opened the door and I have no idea where it goes.

Overall, we are very pleased with this unit. It looks great, it was very simple to install, and it runs very quietly. It only took a matter of minutes for the unit to reach its max cooling temps. The dual zone is great, we keep wine in the lower zone and water bottles, sports drinks, etc in the upper zone.
