Excitement

I have received all of the packages from you in a very speedy fashion. I have been out of the country and just got home. Need to catch out on day to day stuff first before I can start the install. Plus in Michigan I need to get a MC number for my kayak. But you should thank Greg Blanchard for this purchase. I have been watching him on YouTube for several years now. I did a lot of research and always came back to Newport. Thank you from a first time Newport owner.

Propeller

My propeller stripped and came off on the 2nd time in the water, and because i did not have a receipt I had to buy another $44 propeller kit, newport would not send me the 2 pieces of hardware I needed. Terrible service

A warranty claim was made with Newport for a replacement part. They were quick, responsive and efficient. Item was received and nicely packaged. One hurdle was with Ups and their brokerage fee to no fault of Newport. Keep up the excellent work.
