Great Customer Service

The TV stand looks great, however, the assembly instructions were difficult to follow. Although it arrived damaged, the customer service was excellent and we received the replacement piece (the top panel) in less than a week.

Difficult product

It is very difficult to assemble, the instructions on the paper was not clear at all it took us almost 5 hours to assemble the stand, the back wooden sheet came broken. I would not recommend buying this.

The directions were horrible. We carefully followed the directions using the pictures as a guide. We had to take it apart and drill our own holes because the pieces did not line up. It has a lot of exposed particle board. Very disappointed.

Worst manual ever

I am currently on hour 3 of trying to put this together and I am so upset that I just had to come on here to warn y'all. This unit has hands down the WORST instruction manual I have ever seen. The photos are completely lacking or just outright wrong. I am only on step 4 of 8. Each step takes forever because it is so unintuitive and often times the diagram is flat out wrong. This piece is not worth the hassle. Get something else or get someone to assemble it for you. Absolute trash.

Beautiful contemporary style!

A wheel fell off of my very old TV cabinet, so it was definitely time for a new one! I got this contemporary TV stand in white, and it is the perfect choice! It is very pretty, and looks like it is very well made, so definitely 5 stars!

DONT BUY! YOU CANT ASSEMBLE!

DO NOT BUY THIS TV STAND! 8 of the pilot holes were missing, 4 screws were missing, after installing the doors rubbed against each other and wouldn’t open! The vineer was peeling. The two doors were uneven from the pilot holes that were there. And we catch latch it. We tried to refund and get missing parts from the manufacturer and they said “go through Walmart only.” Do yourself a favor and buy the home

Be VERY careful assembling this jigsaw puzzle! They don't explain the assembly very well and pieces can be very easily reversed and seriously screw it up! Don't buy it unless you are someone who loves assembling things. Time consuming and a headache.

not worth the hassle

The product comes as an unassrmbled unit. It took me a total of 4 hours to put it together. I am missing a part that latches the door. not worth the hassle to call the company that made it to get the part since it is only $1.34 at Home Depot. Also had to counter sink hole in the back of the doors to get the bolt attached to the handle. Also the back panel was warpped so I had to strategically place the nails. overall sturdy and we are using it. THE HASSLE IS NOT WORTH THE PURCHASE PRICE. do not recommend unless you are desperate to get a console quickly.
