Poor Assembly Quality

table arrived fully assembled...kind of. It was just put in a box. No interior packaging to protect it.

Comes preassembled. Great support. Long lasting. Big fan of Polywood furniture!

Nice table - solid, comes pre-assembled

I ordered this table as part of a larger order that contained a complete deep seating set (for 6) and dining table & chairs/benches set (for 6). After assembling a bunch of stuff and then getting to the box with this table, I appreciated the fact that the table was fully assembled :-) Like all Polywood stuff I ordered, this table is rock solid and will outlast me.

Just Right!

We absolutely love our Polywood furniture! Bought the (fully assembled - woohoo!!) Newport Coffee Table to go with the 48" Vineyard Bench and they're a perfect combination for our smallish deck. We paired these with a couple of Nautical Rockers and it's now our favorite spot. The seating is comfortable and all the pieces look nice, are sturdy, and feel like they will hold up in harsh weather. We shopped around a little and found there are a lot of options for nice outdoor furniture, but when there is a quality American-made product crafted from recycled materials and with great customer service, it quickly outshines everything else!

Came fully assembled (yahoo!). Expensive for what it is. The size is nice and works well with the Country Living sofa.

Nice height and size

I like the height of the conversation table over the coffee table - that's why I chose this table. It's accommodates snacks, drinks and a plant! I have a six person polywood dining table and supplement seating with the arm chairs to that set!

Perfect Coffee Table

We are loving our new table! Perfect for our new tabletop fire pit and nice addition to our Polywood deck furniture.

Horrible customer service - still haven’t heard a peep from them after 2 weeks

I’m submitting my complaint here because no one will respond to my repeated attempts to get my missing parts. I got my Lakeside Farmhouse table 2 weeks ago and it arrived with screws that are the wrong size to put together the kit, and the instructions don’t match the holes that are in the legs. This could be resolved with a quick call, but after 2 weeks of trying to get someone to pick up their phone, no one ever answers. I emailed immediately about it to request correct parts and never got a response. Just an automated “no need to do anything, we’ll be in touch”. And that’s it. So this weekend I have family and friends over for Memorial Day but I guess I’m going to Home Depot to buy my own parts or we’re eating on the grass.

Oops, not again

The furniture is nice and I’ll probably buy a few more chairs, however once again there was a problem with the fasteners, one in particular on my 60” Vineyard…

Polywood Coffee Table

I recently added a Polywood coffee table to my patio to sit in front of a Polywood bench. As usual, the quality was first rate and with an additional nice surprise - the coffee table came already assembled and ready to use right out of the box. I am very pleased with all my purchases from Polywood.

Weather Resistant Furniture

Nice weather resistant table. Slight issues with bowing from weight of flower pots, be careful of weight distribution. Color matches my outdoor wicker furniture well.

Polywood furniture is the best choice if you dont want to worry about it rusting or falling apart. The warranty is 20 years! I have had other pieces from them over the past 5 years and would never buy anything else for outdoor seating.l

Disappointing experience

First table arrived damaged by fedex. Replacement table has an ugly manufacturing defect. Not really that happy. Plus shipping takes forever.

I’m very disappointed !

I read so many great reviews and was excited when it arrived. I was very shocked when we unboxed this table. It had TWO dents ! They were not from shipping as they were smooth and definitely part of the table. I am confused how Polywood does not have better quality control. I purchased direct from them rather than Wayfair for this exact expectation of better quality control. Having no prior experience with polywood’s futnture I couldn’t trust an exchange would work out. So it went right back for a return. NO STARS

Coffee Table Not Recommended

I have bought numerous Polywood furniture pieces, almost all of which were of high quality. Whenever pieces had an issue, they were returned. Unfortunately, the rectangular coffee table arrived with skewed / bent legs THREE successive times. It was such a hassle constantly repackaging the tables each time for return that I eventually gave up and just kept the last table with “bent legs”. Every time I walk passed it and see the skewed legs, I get aggravated. Overall I love Polywood, but this particular table is terrible.

Love!

Love it. Made well and will definitely last. I also have a side table and farm dining table in this finish. I probably should have gotten the bigger size coffee table, but that’s my fault for not measuring: ) There are grooves in this finish and sometimes food and crumbs get stuck, but it can be cleaned with a hose easily and I like the depth and the look with the grooves instead of the flat plain boards.

Just the right size!

We purchased the Newport 22" x 36" Coffee Table to go with a set of Braxton chairs, a love seat, and some bar chairs. We absolutely love the set, and the vintage finish makes everything look and feel like real wood. Looking forward to a lifetime of use for this outdoor furniture!

This table fits exactly what I wanted on our summer porch. It blends in with others similar furniture styles. It is very functional and will this stand years of use by adults and children.

Polywood products are solidly constructed items. The table arrived in one piece and did not require assembly. My greatest concern when ordering Polywood furniture is the packaging. I have received damaged Polywood furniture in the past. It is typically poorly packaged and subject to carrier damage. My table amazingly arrived okay despite being put in a box upside down without any padding whatsoever. Very easy for the legs to be snapped off. My other criticism is the length of time it takes to receive many Polywood items. Still waiting more than 2 months for 2 small end tables.
