Great products and customer service.
Love it! So easy to assemble and VERY sturdy. Also, easy to disassemble if shelf placement needs to be changed. Just ordered an additional shelf to better fit our needs. When I received the order, it was quickly clear that I had been given the incorrect item needed for the bottom of the rods. I contacted Brianne in customer service and she quickly solved the problem, sending the correct parts within about 2 business days. Will definitely continue using your company for our home storage needs.
