Matte black toilet paper holder is very sturdy. Once mounted with hidden brackets, the Allen wrench set screw is tightened and the holder is super strong in its place. The Arm bracket lifts up to change rolls. The lifting arm is sleek and stylish. Great design.

Not up to par

I loved this design and hoped it would be of good quality however it arrived in a smashed box and was packaged so poorly. They were in plastic seal with no padding or wrap whatsoever. I ordered two and both of them had nicks and scratches in the finish. Maybe they were previously returned and sent back out but I returned them as well. Not paying top dollar for something with damage to the finish right out of the package. Returning a delta faucet for the same reason

Looks great and functions as expected. Thinking about buying more for the other bathrooms in the house.

Easy to install. I like the chrome and looks good in our bedroom.
